The people who work here are heavy, they are more in their talk than attending and they get annoyed when you ask them for shoes of another size, so why are they there? It's unfortunate that they take care of you with a bad attitude because we don't come to steal or ask for trust, without customers there is no business, it's a pity that it's the only store available around

I was debating on writing this review but looks like Im not the only one who has experience this. This store needs better customer service, as I was getting checked out these two girls where talking to each other hugging each other, meanwhile I was getting checked out. I was shocked because it wasn't professional at all. it super uncomfortable for this to be allowed by management. I just hope this feedback can help this store to be better.

We came into the store to buy a few pairs and the workers there were so rude we kept asking them to put our crocs that we chose to the side and they kept taking it to the back atleast 5 times and when we asked for help they ignored us and sat down and were talking between them that they want to go home the worst customer service I’ve ever received and we kept asking nicely for help and they just didn’t care

They are so rude. I had to wait 45 minutes for my mom In law to fill out a report. My mom in law fell in the store. The lady didn't apologize. The lady had a nasty experience on her face..

Bad service from the saleswomen for the customer, I was talking to them, they didn't care because they were more talking about them until one of them went, I asked for a number of flip flops and he gave them to me reluctantly, I told him that if I'm at work, it's because I like it and I always show a good attitude, thank you for not being inattentive in your work..

Terrible vibe in that store. 2 girls kept talking to each other. Destiny was good and had good customer service but the girl next to her that also works there kept looking at me with a strange look on her face, don’t know what her problem was. Maybe she wasn’t able to talk to Destiny while she was helping me out? The staff should go through extensive customer service training.
