They kept us waiting for more than 40 minutes and we had to wait 15 or 20 more because they did not have rooms available, not to mention that they canceled my previous appointment, they play with people's time without knowing that we make a very big effort to be punctual in the clinic.

We’ve brought two of our cats here for years, they’ve been fantastic with both! All the vets, vet techs, and receptionists take time to listen to you and provide great guidance and care. They’re very gentle and thorough, we like them so much that even when we moved further away we opted to continue to bring our pets here because they get such great care. Highly recommend!

OMG EVERY SINGLE PERSON @ccpethosp is AMAZING. Seriously, the entire staff could not be more patient, kind, understanding, professional, or knowledgeable! My rather large, fearful, and agitated foster dog, Como was treated with such care. I admire them all: Megan "D", Dr Speas, and today's sweet, small but mighty vet assistant (name?). We left today with Como's health problems diagnosed, and medications updated (narrowed down to exactly one RX). The radiographic images were explained to me. They clearly showed what is causing his symptoms, and ruled out others. Office staff Jocelyn, Natalie, Rebecca, Carla, + + are all a wonderful help as well!

We are very happy to have this group in the neighborhood, they are extremely friendly and show concern for the animals. They even give my rescues a discount while they prepare to go to their forever home. Thank you all for being there for our fur babies.

This is a pretty large practice that offers pretty much anything you could ever need. However they are too busy to give real care. The last two times I went in (out of maybe 4 visits total) I was treated as a nuisance even though I had appointments and valid concerns.
A month or two ago my dog started getting allergies so bad he was causing abrasions all over his face from rubbing. They saw me once and prescribed me a medicine that didn't work as prescribed. So I took him back. The vet was very dismissive, and even chastised me for being there when he had an emergency to deal with (not in my control that someone else had an emergency?!) I had an appointment and was on time.
More recently I called because I wanted to ask the vet some questions. I have a very senior dog and am having to make a major lifestyle and diet change which can be extremely rough on an older dog who is used to only one thing for over 11 years. I was unable to get any vet there to talk to me at all and address my questions and concerns. The best I could get was a flyer they hand out to everyone with general food information. I am now struggling with my dogs health during this major transition.
They just don't appear to have the time or resources to give real care to their clients. Maybe they meed to not take new clients if they're struggling to meet needs. I don't know, but I'm very hurt and disappointed.

I’m so grateful and thankful for this hospital. . Today we took our dog to CCPH and everyone there worked so quickly with our dog! Dr. Fiona Dodson was amazing as well as Jenifer the front manager and as well Jenifer Strong.
They showed so much love and care for our dog.
They took all the time to explain everything to us and Thank God our little doggie is home safe and sound.
A HUGE Thank you to you all that helped us today! I’m so grateful that we have such an amazing team of veterinarians in our neighborhood. ???

Thank You Everyone,
I feel quite confident Peeka and Boo are in good hands.
Beyond my confidence in the medical care they are receiving, is how much I appreciate the staff and the gentle care they take with Peeka and Boo. I have two cats that can be difficult for a couple of reasons to handle and they are so amazing with my Boys. Extremely kind and patient.
I feel informed and given options for current and future care.
Glad they are close and convenient.
Crescenta Canada Pet Care Medical and Hospital are my choice and recommend you give them a try.
