I’ve had a studio here since I moved to LA in 2020 and I love the vibe! There’s a lot of artists that work here, and honestly some of the best artists I know! I feel honored to be a part of this community and to have my own creative space. The owners/managers are the sweetest human beings and really care about the artists who are a part of Cope. 100% recommend!

I've rented here for almost 7 years and I highly recommend this place to any artist who is looking for a studio space. The prices are actually reasonable and affordable, which is extremely hard to find in the LA area and the building is secure, clean and accessable 24 hours. I'm a painter and love the quiet atmosphere and it's very nice to not have to worry about the cost of WiFi or utilities, since they're included. There are several different price options and studio sizes in the building and I've always been able to get a lot done while I'm here, so it's been worth it for sure, all these years. The management is super friendly and helpful. Seriously, check this place out, it's the real deal. I couldn't imagine being anywhere else.

The space is very minimal but for the price you can’t beat it! Different sized studios some fully enclosed some with open ceilings, some with windows and some with out. WiFi and utilities included.They are very responsive to all needs and send out a monthly newsletter with opportunities and updates.

I’m an illustrator/painter and I’ve rented an art studio at Cope for a little over a year now and I really love getting to make work here! It’s incredibly affordable for the space + access you get (24/7 with private locking studios and an outside door code) and it’s out of the way/not in a crazy busy space with tons of private parking :-). Everyone I’ve met at the studio is super sweet and I really appreciate the community aspect! Ari, the studio manager, is incredibly competent and makes a very safe and welcoming environment here at Cope. Very straightforward in terms of knowing what you’re paying for and a super chill studio altogether!

Love renting a studio space here!! Great amenities for an unbeatable price parking, wi-fi, double-locked studios, 24/7 access, and a ton of flexibility when choosing your space! Also a very lovely community of artists

Not a great experience, non responsive, non communicative and I felt very discriminated. When applied with perfect credit and references, got turned down.
