I've had nothing but great service here. The company is family owned and the family members are involved on a daily basis. So, if there is an issue at any point, the staff is quick to bring them in to resolve things. I've had a few clients use their services for various needs and they have been resourceful, helpful and thorough.

So this review is after several problem we had with this company regarding my mother's orders (diaper/pad) I was calling and follow up for the order since december 10 2023 today is jan 2 2024 still did not get the order called dr office and this company more then several times times ... the quality of their product is low the shipping handling is awful the emploes and the managment are rude unprofessional if you love your self or loved one stay away from this company THE DON T CARE AT ALL

They were very helpful and they did their best in communicating with the dr’s office in getting what was needed for my parent. Very professional and asked us if we want it delivered or picked up and had everything ready with paperwork and items when I got there. I’d recommend them to all.

Lala in their billing department was very unprofessional in dialogue. Immediately gets escalated over answering billing questions to customers. Instead of conversing in a professional tone, she resorted to being combative and yelling at me. I don’t know why I was being targeted as a paying customer. Very sad for a healthcare company to mistreat ppl with health needs. I hope they can improve and better their service.

To be honest the customer service could use some work! I FELT I was treated differently because I am black! Sucks to feel like that but the reps were short with me and gave me minimal information....I am going to have to find another supply company! I got my walker but too bad about the experience....
