In this store they are not very helpful and they are not very friendly at all I will never come here again so many times so I tried to buy something at the store they don't make you feel welcome at all.

I had to return a pair of shoe I had ordered online to the store, and after processing my return, I asked the young lady who was working there to try on another pair which I showed her a picture of from their website. After I realized she had brought the wrong pair I told her it’s the wrong ones and she very rudely said “that’s the pair you asked for!!!” And I showed her the picture again and she said “we don’t have that in our store”…..I thanked her and was about to walk out of the store when she proceeded to yell very loudly from across the store ……” ARE YOU GONNA TAKE YOUR TRASH WITH YOU OR WHAT?!” (Referencing to the Clarks paper bag that carried the shoes I was returning)!…..I apologized and returned to pick up the bag from the counter and was walking out when she yelled agin…”YOU LEFT MORE TRASH! AM I SUPPOSED TO CLEAN AFTER YOU????” (Referencing to a paper receipt)! Which I again returned, picked it up and walked out!Everyone has a bad day once in a while but transferring that negative energy to a blameless customer I believe would not help improving your day!

I went there to buy shoes, as soon as I came in, there was no welcome greeting, all of the sales people there were just standing, and no helping at all. I was standing there for a while and not once, any assistance was offered. I left.

Lousy customer service by the Indian manager. Overcharged me for a pair of shoes that where $ 55.00 dollars cheaper on there Store Site. When asked, he said it was a different shoe. Please, I'm not that dumb! Was to tired to take them back to save on the overpriced shoes. People be aware, Manager SUCKS 2! I believe his name was Henry?

Since it has been over 20 years since i have been into the Galleria, i had forgotten that Clark's was here near the Spectrum store as well as very close to the new (to me) Food court.Clark's is a British company that started in the 1820's and featured at that time shoes made for English school children. They also made the now famous "Mary Jane," strap shoes for boys which were ultimately deemed inappropriate for the Brit school children.See Clark's Wikipedia page for the storied history of this longstanding, still surviving Shoe manufacturer and retailer: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/C.…In any event i needed a replacement for my now grubbed up, scuffed and beat up pair of urban hiking shoes: made by Clark's. So in i went in search of same. Sadly, these particular pair were no longer available. But what were available still after many years? Authentic Clark's Desert boots which are so far out of fashion that they are back in. And for some reason they were 40% off on some groovy colors. I choose a dusty mustard color. And they are very cool.I also bought a replacement for my dead dog hiking shoes which are working just fine.The Service in this shoe store is far removed from what i remembered from years ago. Years ago the salesman would help you on with your shoes, sitting in a stool looking thing. But that time is gone i guess except in Nordstrom.Now the salesman brought out what i wanted to try on and i wrestled them on. Sad i think that the personal kind of service is gone.Pricing is actually good: not too out of line meaning around 100- 200 bucks for these types of casual shoes.I like my desert boots so much i am going to come back in for other colors.Cheers!

Absolutely rude and aggressive customer service! We had a return/ exchange, Henry or Herry ,the guy claiming he was the manager, told me i cant do a return because i dont have the receipt and supposedly there should be an extra lace in the box , he was absolutely very impolite and aggressive not even letting me explain , i told him we can do an exchange and i will give the extra lace to you right now , he didnt accept!!!!! We ended up raising our voice in front of our two little kids , he was not cooperative at all and i told him this is the very first time our kids are facing this kinda argument! He started shaking his head and leading us out of the store with his unpleasant body gesture!!! My husband told him just keep the shoes and everything since you are this rude and unprofessional he send him a kiss in the air and told my husband to go !!!there were other customers witnessing and watching what was going on . Just work somewhere else and do what you love . You are not meant to be a customer service representative! Clark store hire better and more professional people to represent and sale your product! VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!!
