Love this bank! I've been a member for over 30 years. They took care of my mother as well. Wouldn't trust another bank like I trust them.

DO NOT give your money to this bank. They are impossible to get ahold of and even their Vice President will lie to you. We have been trying to recover points for weeks, but after visits to the branch and reaching out multiple times they will not release them. These are crooked people, and I would steer clear of them. I am much happier now at my other bank.

Only 5 stars because Dixie topchan was so nice. She didn't discriminate against me. She smiles and laughed at me and I was already having a bad day but she made it better

I went there to inquire about opening an account. I got treated like third class customer for showing up in blue jeans and t-shirt. One representative was done with his customer, then he didn't ask if I needed help when I was standing there patiently waiting. I had to ask him for help when he obviously not doing anything. Told him I'm thinking about opening an account and was interested in Direct to Mexico and their foreign currency account. He said that there was a 50 dollar monthly fee to maintain that type of account. He then told me how City National is more for business customers and people with large balances. He proceeds to say that you need to have more than 3 thousand in your checking account or incur a 20 something fee. He recommended I go to Citibank.I have a lot of money. I will never bank with you ever!

City National Bank in Glendale has a unique model that eschews the traditional line that you wait in to get helped by a teller behind glass panels. Instead City National at this branch opts for a more personal touch by having stations where a client can sit down with a personal banker (I've never waited) and get your banking needs done person to person. I told my banker rep that I really wanted to give a shout-out to him because...well, I've been banking for a lot of decades and I can say with all candor that my rep, Elie Panzalian is about the best banking rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He's never failed to greet me with a smile and put my needs at the center of his attention from the moment I sit down with him to the time I leave. Words that come to mind when I think of Elie are "warm, personable, friendly, and efficient." He's a great rep, he's knowledgeable and he will treat you like royalty. It's a quality so rare in the finance world. I hope his boss sees this and makes him manager because he has truly earned it in my estimation. Thanks, for the great service, Elie!

I'm always blown away when my expectations regarding bank branches is surpassed. This is the bank and the branch that does that every time I visit them. Dixie Topchyan is just one of the very best tellers alive. She's efficient, courteous and has the personality of a sunflower. The branch manager, Nancy, is also really helpful and honestly cares about her customers. If you try this bank and this branch, you're in for a real treat. Validated parking and a really easy entry to the bank. Check it out-----You'll be really pleasantly surprised.

This is the weirdest bank set up ever. No real tellers. Everyone just sits at their desks. There is no line system either. But staff seems pretty nice.
