I just want to say that Brandon is awesome. Great customer service. He took time out of his personal break and quickly opened up a checking account for us and a credit card for my husband. Please give this guy a raise. I will come back soon and refer to my family and friends. Thank you Brandon.

I called this branch today, Thursday, February 2nd at 10:30am asking if I can close my Sep Ira account and roll it over to open a new Ira with a better rate and this dumb rude person said: Do you know your agent? I said, no and that's why I am calling. She said, I am sorry I can't help you. You need to find your agent's name!!! I said, so if I gave you my Ira account number and asked you to transfer me to an agent in that department, you won't be able to do that? She said, I am sorry I can't help you if you don't give me your agent's name!!! That's the problem when the manager start hiring people he or she knows and they are unqualified, stupid, rude and unprofessional. This will not end right there. I am closing all my accounts with Chase and going to Citi Bank. I will be filing a case with the BBB and Consumer affairs so the manager at this branch will know that hiring idiots will cost the bank the reputation and the big money the client can take out. Of course if this idiot was raised right by her parents and know what she was doing, loves her work and respects people, she will never hang up like that. I called 7 times after that and it takes me to a greeting message that says, we are sorry but we can't take your call. You don't deserve my business since you decided to hire a person like her. I already spoke to the IRA department and closing my accounts very soon.

Horrible branch and customer service. The laziest folks work here. Absolutely no care for their customers. I understand seeing customers by appointment but when there's no one in the branch and they refuse to help you........that's just BS. Lazy people who don't want to go out of their way to do anything extra.

Spectacular location with fast ATM service options

Really surprised that a bank wouldn't convert 5 hundred dollar bills to fifties so I could give them as Christmas presents. Their "policy" only allows change for 1 hundred dollars. Kinda makes you think they have no idea what a "bank" is for.

I love recycling. So imagine my joy when the mediocre Burger King I used to eat at suddenly became my friendly neighborhood Chase Bank! They even repurposed the drive-thru and jammed an ATM in there for my added convenience. YAY! I've actually gone into this branch and the customer service was pretty good. I really don't like having to go into places if I can avoid it, but this was really pleasant. SUPER nice people.

I drove to this location to complete some banking and this branch was closed and unable to assist me during usual business hours. I wasted my time driving here as well as gasoline I will have to now go somewhere else.

I have cheeking account for more then 20 years, I'm WA Mu costumer since 1999 after that it's became chase. And 5 days ago I did zelle transfer and it's was cancelled and my bank account was locked, after that I contacted fraud protection told them it's me, and they told me to go to nearest branch so they can identified me and sent an email to them , then they can open the locked account. Next day I went to the nearest branch and unfortunately I spoke with Joseph and told him what's going on, he told me he will email them to reopen the account. Then the next day he called and told me they have email me and they can not reopen your account, and told me to come and we will open new account. I told him no I want my old account because I have 2 direct deposits and also recently I ordered checks. He told me you do not have any other chose come and we will open a new account. Then I contacted again fraud protraction they said they have not revive an email and your bank was closed yesterday from the branch. And because of the joseph I lost my account that I had for more then 20 years. I will never open a new account with chase. I'll just open it at Bank Of America...America...

The parking lot may be full if a fair number of patrons seek to conduct business at this branch at the same time. Numerous cars navigating into and out of parking spaces at the same time requires you to be extra attentive to avoid accidents. Exiting the parking lot onto W. Glenoaks Blvd. is difficult because the line of parked vehicles prevents you from seeing if there is sufficient open space for you to enter safely into the flow of traffic. Exiting via the rear alley onto Western Ave. presents you with the same issue. Turning right onto the rear alley to enter Winchester Ave. is your safest bet IMO. Bank personnel pressure customers to use the lobby's ATMs. When the personnel offer their assistance, they set aside the deposit or withdrawal slips, do not note the instructions and ask the customers to just input the transaction. Two times out of two times, this has resulted in deposits being credited to the wrong account and then I had to correct the error online. Fortunately, I caught the error in time. I warn you, if you feel you are distracted, fatigued, rushed or otherwise impaired and could make an error in processing your transaction, don't allow the bank personnel to coerce you into doing their jobs for them via their ATMs. Insist on being allowed to have a teller process your transaction.

I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I walked into this branch this morning looking to open an ira. To deposit thousands of dollars from my 401k. I stood in line to speak with the teller for about 10 minutes. Finally someone else walked up and asked what I was looking to do. I told them I would like information on opening an IRA. He told me to go ahead and sit down, that I would need to speak with a banker. I went and sat down. I watched as the man who had asked to help walked past me multiple times. After about 20 minutes he told me he would check on it for me. He left, came back and spoke to the man next to me told him it would be a few minutes. Said nothing to me and went back in his office. Close to 30 minutes go by another man walked up and asked me if I had been helped I said the other man was going to get a banker to speak with me about an IRA. I was then told that they couldn't help me in the branch and that I would have to go online. He told me they had absolutely no information for me and that everything was located online. If I wanted to go online then I wouldn't have come into the branch. When I am dealing with my money I would like to know what's actually happening with it. No one there could even explain anything about it to me and didnt even attempt to help. Meanwhile I waited over 30 minutes only to be told there was nothing they could do. Guess they didnt want my money.

The worst chase bank i have ever walked into. Horrible customer service, i will never return here for any kind of transaction. My experiences with other chase banks have been perfectly fine but this one needs major help.
