Mary, the branch manager is a horrible supervisor and does not deserve to be in charge. I watched her berate and embarrass an employee for not knowing how to fill out or file a form all while the branch was full of people. Her leadership style is akin to football coaches in 70s movies. "You don't know how to do that? What's wrong with you" "Did you go to the training? You're ridiculous". Direct quotes of the things she was telling the guy who was obviously having a hard time completing a task. As a supervisor, you retrain, you show by example or you reassign the task to someone else. If you have criticism to share, take them aside. Frame it constructively and allow for clarification. If you treat people like she treats people, you do not deserve to be in charge. I hope corporate checks reviews because that was a sad display of policy if that is how chase treats their employees. The whole thing made me uncomfortable. If I were to treat my employees like that, I would expect to be sued. Plain and simple.

Branch manager, Mary wasted my time today. Over 20min she took to read the bank policies in front of me because she had no idea of the rules ! Absolutely horrible attitude and zero knowledge. How is it possible to be so clueless and become a bank manager ? It beats me . When you hold such title, I expect you to know basic rules instead of using my time to learn them. She had absolutely no idea !

This is an amazing branch with truly best professionals, who helped me a lot with all the necessary paperwork required to make an account for me and my kids. Even the most complicated request to help with establishing an account for disability payments was done within 10 min. Thank you Argin, thank You Aghavni, Thanks to all team!

Staff of that branch should work in fields not with people. Especially that guy Andranik the name, I wonder how such a ugly unprofessional person getting a job in that big bank.

They trash here . I try to cash a check and they lied to me about the policy . I called the corporate number . They said it shouldn’t have been an issue . Went to the next branch got my money in 10 mins .

Today I went to Colorado branch in Glendale.?I tried cash money from 2 ATM but no one worked. I asked about emergency help, but nobody helped me. Horrible customer service. 0 level

All staff, from bankers to managers, pretend to wear a mask leaving their nose out. The femal bankers are pretty warm and friendly, but I worked with the male banker who isn't at all. I withdraw some cash, that guy just gave me money and receipt without saying anything. No "anything else?" or "here you go", not mention " have a good day". Fine!

Very bad customer service!! Asked for the help, one person told me to wait for someone who is available and went somewhere. Waited for long time, another lady came and told me that they can not help us today because they didn't have anybody available. She went bank to her desk and trasted playing with her phone. The lady from another desk was on her phone playing us well! Teller was not on her station and people had to wait. Everything is so messed up with this branch
