Be careful with this seller. Dmitry will tell you 10 times that the car is fully serviced by them, but this is a lie. The car warranty also doesn't do anything because their mechanic is unable to figure out what the problem is. We bought a car from them, with which problems began within a week - when starting it, it shook and vibrated. An experienced mechanic will immediately check the spark plugs and coils. But their mechanic said there was nothing. At the same time, they kept our car for 2 days. Another service immediately told us that there really was a problem and we needed to start with coils and spark plugs, and that helped! Exactly a month after purchase, our car broke down. on the road. Absolutely all errors appeared on the computer screen, the system crashed. When I called Dmitry, he said that these were our problems, and he understood absolutely nothing about how machines work. Dmitry sells cars, but does not understand them. When visiting the office, Dmitry offered to talk to the director, but we don’t see the point in this, since it was not the director who sold us the car. Dmitry and only he said that the car is 100% ready for long journeys. It turned out that the car had not been serviced and needed a software update. Which Dmitry, of course, didn’t say, because he doesn’t know anything about what he’s selling.

I highly recommend not buying a car from this place.
They sell problem cars, on the 3rd day faults are discovered, which they take a very long time to solve
I contacted their director directly, saying that we had big problems with the car, to which I received the answer “this is not a problem” and if you don’t like something, take the money and give the car back
As a result, the costs of cooperation with this organization are ~$1000 plus you will lose time
Initially they promised that the car was fully serviced and you could take it and drive with confidence.

Don't recommend. Bought car which got broken after one week. 20 apr. Forced to take their shtty insurance. Russian staff ripped off on 400 bucks in his pocket.

I bought a car at this place. After one week the engine got dead. Tikhon the manager asked 500 in his pocket "to solve the problem". APR is 20. Forced to use their expensive insurance.

The worst place I've visited. The russian guy who works there is a scammer. Always offered to work behind his boss. Also they sold me a broken car. APR is 25% for 5 years. And the car price was higher than other places. But they didn't care about your papers. I had them but they said they didn't need them. So if you need an overpriced car without any papers you can come here and become a slave for 5 years.

I bought a car from Car City today and I am very satisfied with my purchase. They had variety of makes and models and it’s almost impossible not to find what you are looking for. The buying process was as quick as 20 minutes. Everything was upfront without hidden charges and the pricing compared to cars’ condition is way to low. All the cars in the lot were super clean, inside out, unlike many dealerships. The costumer service is excellent. The owner is super nice guy. Buying a car from them gives you a peace of mind that you are not being lied or fooled. I recommend anyone with 100% satisfaction.
