As many of the other reviewers here, we have encountered a vendor that has no intentions of meeting their obligations. PRO CAM FIX does not answer or return phone calls, or emails. They have had my camera since early September which seems to me to be long enough to change a couple of parts. I have no expectation of ever getting my equipment back nor have the $468 I've paid them refunded. Aside from the money they've stolen I will have to spend approximately $1600 to replace the camera. If repairing the camera was not possible then why not return it and refund the money. It's up to you. Don't trust this firm or the individuals who are involved.

Update. I received my lens. USPS held it up due to weather delays but that was not the fault of Procamfix. Thank you.

Paid for a repair on my lens over a month ago. Have tried to reach them by phone and email (only 2 choices) with neither an answer or a return call. I am now instituting a dispute with my credit card company. Don't suggest that you use these folks for anything of value, or anything you want back.

At BurningMan in the Black Rock Desert this year, I accidentally broke the top LCD panel and protective glass on my Canon 5d Mark IV. There were no local shops in my city that could repair it before an upcoming trip so I went online to search for a camera repair shop that could fix this fast and get it to me within 10 days.
I found Pro Camera Fix via a Google search, called, and spoke with Arthur. He assured me he could fix the screen for a reasonable price and clean the camera for free.
There was a delay in the parts supplier getting the screen, but Arthur kept me updated and assured me his team could complete this and have it next day aired to me, the day before my trip.
And he did! It arrived in like-new condition, fully functional, and they did a great job at cleaning all the BurningMan playa dust from the entire camera, including the sensor.
I highly recommend Pro Camera Fix for your camera and lens repairs. Do not let the older negative reviews scare you away.
Thanks Arthur for all your help and quick service!

Oh my :-( They have a $1300 payment and my Sony A9ii camera valued at $4900 and I fear I’ll see neither again. Now no answer to my email. Reading other reviews so similar I now I believe I’ve been scammed

Update 5/1/2024. Despite asking for my camera back and paying their postage to return it, they neither send it back nor acknowledge they have it. I'm now in contact with the State's Attorney General's Office and am looking for others, like me, who have sent their camera or other gear in for repair estimates and given an outrageous repair bill which I declined. I then asked for my camera back and they immediately sent me an inflated postage return invoice, which I paid right away. Since paying it over a month ago, they've neither returned my camera or even responded to emails, including copying in the State's Attorney Office for the Glendale, CA, area. I believe they are getting cameras, giving outrageous repair costs, then when the customer as me complains of their fees, they then ask for postage to return the camera and then don't. I believe this may be a business model whereas they then keep these broken cameras, repair and resell them, as most people don't act on their broken camera to make them return it as they figure it's no use and don't want to pay the inflated return postage fees. BEWARE of this company. I will update once my complaint is reviewed by the State's Attorney's Office.
So, I sent my camera in for repair. The repair price was as much as buying a fully refurbished one. After now seeing their 3.0 star review on Google, I now understand why they have such a poor rating. I asked for my camera back and paid the shipping fee but have had no confirmation that it's been sent back to me. As I am working at my desk, this place calls me today on my mobile and begins to rip in to me telling me that I'm a very selfish person as I stated that I thought their repair fees were was out of line, a comment I made by email. This guy actually calls me on my personal mobile to insult me, what nerve. If I could give them a -10, I would as this is about the most unacceptable thing a business could do to a potential customer. I'm a therapeutic optometrist going on 35 years and this is one of my top worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I have had two cameras in their shop since september and i've called and emailed a couple times with no response. Does anyone know if they're still open? Normally their service is top notch for a small shop but now I can't get a response to at least let me know they're alive. I know film cameras are getting popular again so I understand demand and delays. I'd be willing to change my rating if someone could simply call me. Thx t70 & minister

Well it has been over a year since I sent in my camera, got a quote, and sent in my payment to have the camera repaired by ProCamFix in Glendale, California. After trying to mail, email, and call their shop I am stuck. I even tried going through the BBB, the California Attorney General, and the California Consumer Affairs group. I have gotten only one response in which The Consumer Affairs group was got to send a letter asking ProCamFix to work with me to resolve this. I have heard nothing from ProCamFix, the letter was sent to them back in December. I cannot help but think this shop is just an other out state scam group which takes in cameras to then either repair them and resell them along with scamming out of state people out of money for the repairs knowing there is no way to use small claims court being out of state and for most it would cost more to travel to California. Too bad I cannot just call the cops. Any thoughts on how to them shutdown or get my camera and money returned?

I tried to resolve this issue before writing a review, but if you don't return emails or phone calls you will receive a bad review.I sent in 3 cameras to have fixed. Communication was good up front. They gave a reasonable quote to have the cameras fixed. I paid in full so they could move forward. Then radio silence...After a few weeks, they did end up calling me to say the cameras were "fixed and will be mailed later in the week". Started to feel good, but did not receive an email or anything with a tracking number. I have tried calling and emailing directly and used their website prompts with no response. Needless to say I did not receive the cameras but I'm out $$$$.Obviously, they know or lost our gear and I will not recommend this company and would suggest no one do business with them.
