California Detail Shop did a phenomenal job detailing the interior and exterior of my car, it truly looks brand new.

Upon calling this shop, they informed of a favorable price for their services. Once I drove my vehicle over, however, the price was raised substantially. Despite this unexpected increase, I agreed to give them my business. I regret this in hindsight. After receiving my vehicle back, it was clear that the plastics of the interior were not cleaned and that the headliner was not cleaned. As a result, I had to clean a lot of the interior afterwards myself.

GREAT place. Simon was very pleasant and accommodating. Upfront about what they can and can't do. His team did a solid job. Got the basic interior/exterior detail. Would definitely come back and try their other services. Appreciate them having a website that includes the prices on what they offer.

They did a terrible job on detailing my car. The owner told me they will give me a better rate if I have them detail the interior, exterior and the engine which I agreed to do it. When I went to pick up the car they hadn’t done the engine part and they didn’t do the interior because it was all dry when I picked it up. The interior seats would’ve still been moist if it was cleaned which was not the case. The couple of stains that were on the seats were still there and the owner told me again that they forgot to remove the stains which was a lie. They did the engine part for me while I was waiting there which took them less than 5 minutes. Basically they only did detail the exterior and washed the engine part (no detailing) and they charged me for detailing of the whole car. I will never take my car to this shop again. Terrible customer service and they are not honest.

I don't know where to start Friends because I kinda thought I knew some things. I was WRONG. SIMON and his team at California Detail Shop are a necessity in your life when trying to maintain or rehabilitate an auto. This company and their personnel are what people should appreciate and revere. Top Notch. Interior. Exterior. & Engine Cleaning Service. Committed Professional People. Upon entering the lot, it's ALL PRO. Just as Good as the Dealers but better. Super F'ing Clean and Organized. These Folks know what they are doing!!! I cannot say enough. If you know better, try''em out and let me know if I'm wrong. Remember, I didn't want to spend the money. But well worth it. I am Blown away by their Hospitality and Professionalism. I will definitely come back to this business for future work if I need it. They've earned it and then Some.

They really made our car look like new both inside and out. Simon was SO nice and Pedro did an AMAZING job. I HIGHLY recommend California Detail Shop- it's the only place I'd take my car to!

I stop by this place to find out if they do headlight restoration. I droved in the lot just to inquire. Before i step out the car i was welcomed by the Owner Simon. He answered all my inquiries. Gave me a reasonable price and offered to do the job right away saving me time. After they restore my headlight i was so happy how my headlight look brighter newer clearer. Thank You California Detail Simon and the detailer that work on my headlight (forgot his name)

I only stumbled upon the place because Ryan Auto Repair suggested I call them after I said I was looking for a place to steam clean my engine. The mechanic said "They've detailed two of my old cars and made me keep them for another five years instead of wanting to sell them!" My mechanic was correct. Simon and team at California Detail Shop are the BEST.Simon was so helpful and efficient. I can tell this place does a lot of business, and the way Simon conducted himself upon having so many things to do at once was impressive. You can tell he's proud of the work he and the team does and that he genuinely cares about his customers. Best of all, their prices are extremely fair for the quality of their work.I dropped off a visibly neglected 2015 Prius in the morning that I was rather embarrassed about, and by the afternoon I drove home in what felt like a NEW CAR. I have a feeling of pride driving around town now that I didn't think was possible.I can't wait to bring my other car in next when it's time to do so!
