My mom went today to buy coffee and she took 6 creams to put in the coffee and the cashier accused her of STEALING the cream and she approached her and said those creams are 10 cents each! Are you freaking kidding me!! That qas so awful. I'm very disappointed. Please don't go this place business. Customer service is ZERO. PLEASE DON'T P.. O ..ME!!

I've been coming to this store for 20 years plus.They have been overcharging me. I bought 15.00 worth of groceries and the total was 42.00 omg! Like what the heck??? That was my last time I ever went there. I'm so upset . They don't Have any prices in the cashier. These people are thieves!!STAY AWAY!!!

I love supporting small business but, after two encounters of this I WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE. They will ADD ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO YOUR ORDER/PURCHASE BEWARE! This happened to me TWICE. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT... if you even get a receipt. I literally downloaded this App so you wouldn't waste your time and money on this place. I just got a drink and a bag worth $3 and ended up as $8? Adding charges during these times like... unacceptable and this applies to Verdugo Pizza. They are Armenian owned

Came here to pick up paper towels. Might as well have picked up COVID. The employees are not wearing masks nor enforcing mask wearing for customers in store. No sanitizing is done between customers. For your health, avoid this place like COVID

The last two times I've been in here one of the employees (a female) wasn't wearing a mask. Today she had a face shield on her head but it wasn't even covering her face. NEWS FLASH: WE'RE IN A PANDEMIC AND YOU ARE EXPOSING YOUR CUSTOMERS. Highly irresponsible and also AGAINST California mandate. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The meatball-looking female (?) employee with clown makeup has not been wearing a mask the three times I've been in this store. She is also extremely apprehensive. She looked at me up and down when I asked her where the ice cream was. She also pretended not to speak English and did not answer me. I had just heard her speak English to another employee... They appear to welcome loitering by the amount of people hanging out in front of the store.
