I have an appointment at 5pm and when asked to reschedule, they said that they don't know until when. Many patients that that came after me are were called in and not me.

I am hard of hearing and the staff was so great and helpful. its always chalelnging for me to get head CTs because its a barrier to communicate but the tech went out of his way to make sure I understood everything prior to and during the scan.

Had an appointment for 8PM and arrived early ; was told i'll be called in 15 minutes; 1 hour later - still no service- very unprofessional facility; they could have called and moved the appointment instead of making you wait needlessly

First you should know that there’s a sign at their front desk offering $5 Starbucks gift cards to give them a review. Everyone was nice enough, however they said my doctor would receive my X-rays in 3-5 days and would call me with the results. 10 days later and after four days of calling Exer Urgent Care Glendale (who referred me), I went back in person to Broadway Imaging. They printed out a piece of paper and put it in an envelope without acknowledging or taking accountability for this annoying and bizarre experience. Do not recommend. I’m also going to shoutout Exer Urgent Care Glendale for referring me here - they told me they would call me when they received my results. I called them four different days to check in, and each time they placed me on hold, said that Broadway Imaging was sending the results and that they’d be calling me back but never followed up once. Avoid that place too.

The receptionist was nice, but the manager was rude and hung up on me while explaining the reason for my call which was just to ask questions about their services.

I was referred to Broadway Imaging Center for x-rays and I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received. Usually lawyer recommendations can be very transactional but I really felt their attention to detail and I highly recommend.

Office is busy but not the worst experience, but trying to contact on the phone is nearly impossible. All options send you back to the main menu. Totally circular and unprofessional.

The worst place to call and make an appointment I been calling to make an appointment every time I call the put me on hold over 30 minutes. I hang up and call back it’s the same thing. I been on hold the past 2 hours. I’m definitely going somewhere else.
