Hello. So I came there to replace my car battery, and questioned when the ECU reset wasn’t done. After asking back and forth about 4-5 times, I was told it is not needed in my car.
If it’s not needed, then:
1. Why the people that sold me the battery told me they couldn’t install it (for free) because it needed an ECU reset?
2. Are you less knowledgeable than sales people?
2. Are you dismissing my request while knowing that I am right?
3. Why did I purchase (per manual) AGM battery? And the “AGM” is printed on the battery and was visible during the installation.
4. Why did my car dealer told me I need to reset ECU and that is now going to cost me extra $$$?
Pick one. Or all.

Robert is a very trustworthy and thorough mechanic, and as a person, he is very kind and friendly, which unfortunately is not true with many mechanics. I used to bring my car to this place (Braun Brake & Tire) a few times before under the old management, and I was still satisfied, and now it's even better experience under the new management with Robert. Robert is honest, thorough, and, what is very important, considerate. He will take his time to listen to you and explain to you what needs to be done with your car, and you won't feel rushed. I recently brought my 20+ year-old car to him because the engine was leaking oil from multiple places. It was a messy problem that no other mechanic would take (a prior mechanic had done a half-baked job and given some bad advice). However, Robert spent a lot of time and effort to fix the problem and in the end did it for a reasonable price, given the amount of work needed. His assistant, Zareh, is probably the kindest and most hardworking mechanic that I know. Overall, a good team of mechanics, and I will bring my car to them in the future.

I am so happy I stopped by to have my son's car taken care of. This place has a new person, Robert, who is friendly, honest, and an excellent mechanic. The car needed lots of work, and Robert handled everything carefully and charged me a very reasonable price. I am glad I finally found a place to take my car for work. If you live in the neighborhood and need work on your car, I tell you to see Robert. Trust they will remain honest and reliable.

Robert is amazing! I feel he is very trustworthy and he did excellent work on my car for a fair price. He was able to replace my battery, replace rotors and brake pads, and put on new tires in just a handful of hours.
I hung out at the Americana down the street to kill time, and he gave me a call every hour or so to give me updates. Excellent communication.
Definitely go here!

I’m so glad I found this place and I’m coming here for all my auto needs! They installed my tires, did an alignment and then I came back for my roters and brake pads. Robert was extremely reasonable and fair with no malice. I often feel taken advantage of by most places, but not here.

They're so good.I had my car fixed by Toyota service center. Some months ago, two weeks after, I was hearing some cruncling sound from the wheel .I was thinking is a brake issue.I took my car to Braun brake. The found out that the bolts was all loosen from what Toyota fixed.I'm so happy and they charged me very less to fix it
