They are never open and never pickup their phone, im not sure how are they in business, I called their manager in the Whittier office they put me on hold for 45 minutes, that means probably noone wants to take responsibility because they are all shady!!!!!! Imagine with your lab work ! Drs shouldn't work with them !

This place is sooo shady. They work with Dr's to commit insurance fraud. I took a Covid test at a Urgent Care for a quick result so I could travel. I payed for the test out of pocket and waited. Not only did I not receive the results in the time frame I payed for they attempted to bill my insurance company a second time. When my insurance company wouldn't pay they sent me to collections. They seem to be running a double billing scam on COVID tests and need to be looked into.

They did some lab work for me and never billed me or my insurance. Then they put me into collections. Don't do business with them if you can avoid it

The woman behind the counter said to me "oh you kids" when I asked for a STD test. What kind of person says that in a professional environment. Learn some manners.
