Went today and had the worst experience. LISA there is a Karen. She didn’t let us use the customer discount code so I had to call the manager and the he helped. But LISA here thinks she’s smart and told us that we can’t use the code for at least 24 hours which is not true. I recommend going to another outlet. If you read the reviews everyone is complaining about LISA. Whatever they’re saying is a 100% true.

Less than one star for LISA the rudest "customer service" employee!!!! She should be fired!!! Talking to customers like we are idiots!!!! Extremely condescending tone for us as we were just trying to make small talk while she rang us up. Thinks that abrasive thank yous and come agains are with ABSOLUTE disdain in her voice. LISA YOU SUUUUUUCK!!! GET A NEW JOB!!!!!

i was simply asking about the prices on pokemon cards near the counter that were behind glass. I dont know if this lady, Lisa, was the store manger or something but she made me very uncomfortable. As she was opening the glass door to get the cards she became very paranoid (as if i was going to steal the cards or like if i had an nasty cough which i didnt) that i was standing a foot away from her and she had a very passive aggressive attitude towards me and my friend who were waiting to get the cards as she kept telling us to get away from her, when we were already at a normal distance from her? It was very uncomfortable being “helped” by lisa and i dont think ill ever visit again!

I went into the store two days ago with my husband. First of all, the store is big with many options. But the customer service was the worst. I've never felt so bad in my life! The saleswoman was rude. So I came back to ask her something and she said "you better back off" for no reason. Me and my husband called the manager and complained. It is a great shame to have such employees in the shops. I don't intend to go back to the store! No no no!!!!! Store employees should be trained on how to interact with customers.

The merchandise was thrown in like a Big Lots and super unappealing...there was cardboard duct taped to the ramp as you entered which was really unwelcoming and the worst part was... the woman at the register was so distrustful. She kept watching me no matter where I went in the store. Like almost mad I had the audacity to look at headbands and yoga mats lol. She stared at everything I picked up. I was holding boxing gloves(keep in mind they're huge and I was wearing skin tight yoga pants with one small Nespresso bag- so i literally couldnt pocket them if I wanted to, but a he insisted she held them at the front and wouldn't let me walk around with them. It was just really uncomfortable. I felt like I wasn't welcome. I had to go back to the boxing area and she hid them before I could pick them up- I had to take a picture because she was so weird about letting me hold them. No, just no. Then when I left because they didn't have the items I needed, or much of anything to be honest, she's like did this passive aggressive guilt trip about needing our business? It was a really uncomfortable experience. If they need the business, maybe take the cardboard off the ramp at the entrance door and be nicer? Idk this was not it?
