Had a fantastic experience purchasing my timepiece with Bhindi. Many of these watch wait lists can take months to years to obtain timepieces. I appreciated their attitude of trying to make sure a local customer and one who wanted the watch as a true lover of the brand and as a gift for his wife, got top consideration. Edgar Ambartsoumian took great care of my wife and I, truly making it a great experience. Will shop here any chance I can get.

We had a wonderful experience at Bhindi store. Edgar was extremely helpful with our purchases every single time. He took great care of my husband, and made sure we had everything we needed. His attention to details and friendly service made the whole experience very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Decided to walk-in to the to try my luck if there was any Rolex available. I met Edgar who helped me explained all the models of Rolex even though there was nothing available for sale at the moment but I told him my interest on a Black Submariner. He said he will put me on a waitlist (that’s what every SA says when walked in to Rolex) so I didn’t quite believe it because of past experiences with other AD.
Two months went by and all of a sudden I received a call from Edgar saying that had something for me. This really meant a lot because it was a gift for my dad. So I rushed over during lunch. And to my surprise, Edgar had the watch that I have been waiting for months!
Really appreciate the effort and great customer service he had even though I had no purchase history with the store. 100% recommended to look for Edgar, he is a man of his word.

Kristina at Bhindi is the best associate that helped us purchasing a watch. She is going above and beyond to be helpful to us and we recommend her to everyone, also she is very knowledgeable, don'tmiss her. We had an excellent experience at the store everyone working there is very polite and friendly that you feel comfortable with no pressure of purchasing anything, I gave them 5 star and they deserve it.

Roger at Bhindi Jewelers is a consummate professional that Ive had the pleasure knowing more than five years. When I got married, my wife and I were introduced to Roger by my in-laws who had known Roger for many years. I purchased my first Rolex when I got married and will always cherish that memory. Recently, I had a paramount journey in my career and reached out to Roger to add another Rolex to my collection. Having a local Rolex specialist and dear friend who truly celebrates monumental moments is truly a blessing. Thanks for everything Roger. Less than one week we had the order in and a phone call with champagne sealing the deal. Truly, Champions toast with their left hand with Champagne and the other; their right hand having a gentleman’s handshake with a Rolex. La Vie Est Belle!!!! Merci Roger.

Annie Sarkess is amazing! I’ve had the pleasure of her being my sales representative for a couple years now. I had previously purchased one Rolex Datejust, one Omega Speedmaster, and one Tag Heuer.
