Another place that won’t accept the California DMV app with my ID loaded into it. What in God’s name is the point in the government releasing a DL app if no one accepts it?! And then the typical ‘no can do, it’s just policy’ response from the manager. I’m sick and tired of the utter inflexibility of service workers. Nobody wants to help if the request is even slightly unconventional ‘I could get fired.’ Pathetic. What happened to human decency, to helping people get what they need in life? Where’s the autonomy and independent mindedness on which the American dream was founded? I for one will not be shedding any tears when these jobs are replaced by robots

Came in on a weekend. Had to pay to park (big surprise!). There was an armed guard bc they get robbed so frequently. Bought a 4 pk of 16oz cans from Mission Brewery DIPA ‘Shipwrecked’. Got home and upon checking the date on the bottom of the can, I realized they were 6 months old. Not cool!

I'm not a huge drinker and really don't have a lot of experience with navigating these kinds of places but the staff were friendly and helpful and made the process of getting my booze that much easier.

For basically being a big liquor store they don't have regular beer like Miller Genuine Draft just light domestic beer mainly and need more refrigerators to keep beer cold. 90% of the liquor here is room temp. But they do have specialty liquor and beer you can't get anywhere else.
