Best Buy Tire Pros is nothing but honest and professional. I went to have a flat tire replaced thinking I should replace all four tires. Their staff recommend only the two front tires and got me on my way. Great tire store.

I was driving my friend to a doctor's appointment yesterday when my rear passenger tire blew on the road. I first went to the dealership to buy a new tire. The dealership didn't have the same tire and ordered a comparable one, because mine was discontinued, for next day delivery, at over $350. Driving with the spare tire, my friend ask if we could drive around Glendale to find a new mechanic for her car. That's when she saw Best Buy Tire Pros and ask me to pull over to ask if they also do mechanics work. As soon as we drove in, Harry came over to greet us and answered all if my friend's questions. That's when Harry noticed that I was using the spare tire and asked if I needed help. I told him that I was waiting for a dealer delivery but asked if he carried the same tire, after inspecting he said yes and at a much better cost, including installation. He said no pressure and that i should think about it, saying that tires is their specialty. They actually had the same tire at a better price, I didn't have to think about it and I immediately put in an order for the tire. Harry called me the next morning to confirm the tire had arrived and I immediately went over. The tire was changed in under 1/2 hour. Check-in was handled by Julio was friendly and professional. He cashed me out with no change to the price I was quoted. Harry is a great representative of the Company. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and true to his word. Great experience and definitely will be recommending Best Buy Tire to everyone I know! Thanks so much!
