Terrible customer service. Unable to reach anyone at this branch. No customer service at all. Nobody answers the phone. Elderly people need to speak to real people sometimes. Ever think of that? Not everyone uses social media, aka Twitter/X or facebook/meta or a computer. Online appt service doesn't work when I try to schedule an appt. I stopped using B of A 35 years ago for poor services. However, my parents banked here, and now I'm trying to settle their small estate.

Went here during business hours and spoke to a man standing near the door. We had to ask if he was an employee because he didn't seem interested in helping us. We told him what we wanted to do ... "ooh, that will take 20-25 minutes." That's ok, we have time. "Ooh, the computer system is down." Wonder how many more excuses he would have come up with. We left. Don't go here. Their service is non-existent.

One of the worst services I have ever experienced ever, especially coming from a bank. I had a check I needed to deposit and a teller by the name of Samantha was laughing at me. I truly felt harassed and targeted. I couldn't understand if she was laughing at the check amount or my bank account but she kept laughing and grinning and purposely looking up at me to make sure I can see. My husband and I have a joint account and she then proceeds to tell me that my husband and I both need to sign the back of the check even though I had already signed it. Before talking to her I had spoken with a bank manager who told me that I could "go ahead and deposit the check"! I was enraged! I explained this to her nicely and this rude associate goes on to say "you're telling me I don't know how to do my job?" Absolutely not- I just want my check deposited. Please please please avoid this Bank of America branch at all costs. And if there is any need to go, please avoid Samantha. All the other tellers are super kind and helpful, but I'd expect a manager to handle their associates better. (And to Samantha, please don't ever replicate the disrespect you showed today. It's not fair to us or anyone else trying to just do their work and go on with their lives.)

I opened my Bank of America account in Montrose in 1972. I still travel to montrose occasionally for a transaction. They are still friendly and professional. And there is a large paved parking lot. It is clean and well maintained.

We came here on a Saturday. The person we saw was super helpful and knowledgeable. On top of that, she has a very kind heart. She only helps out at Honolulu branch on Saturdays but in La Canada branch for the rest of the week. I'm horrible with names so I wrote her name down on a piece of paper. But I still don't have her name since I lost the paper.

I have not experienced long lines, especially as COVID is less of an issue these days. The tellers are friendly, they know me by name, they are always available to answer my questions, and this is a safe area to do deposits after hours.

Expect to wait in line for 20 to 30 minutes while useless employees Putz around going in and out of the back. It's really depressing how much of my money this company has and how horrible their customer service is.

Came by here after going to the LA fair for some face-painting with me boys and I was pleased. There was ample parking, functional ATM's, pretty safe neighborhood. I didn't give 5 stars because I didn't go inside for one on one interaction.
