Came with a problem left very happy. The cashier Elizabeth was very welcoming. I presented my time sensitive problem and immediately she called her manager Maral. The manager listened to me very carefully and politely asked for couple of minutes to resolve it. She came up with a solution and solved my issue. Their engagement and assistance made a big difference. I felt very important and was taken seriously.Thank you Elizabeth and Maral for your professionalism and amazing service.

This branch is the worst around, go to the nearest one from here. The workers are useless, they have made random excuses 3 times trying to deposit a check here. Went to the one nearby here and all three went by smoothly, DO NOT COME HERE!

The treatment in this bank is horrible, they are racist, I went with my relative who is an elderly person with a disability, the blonde reception lady is annoying, I answered her ugly only because I needed someone who spoke Spanish, she ignored us but since we needed someone to speak Spanish He didn't attend to us, and I asked him for help in English because my relative was the agent and I didn't want a translator. What type of bank is this? Do I need to be from another country with the only language being English to be treated well? The worst thing is, I will never return. Latinos are not welcome in this racist bank!!!

Key Issues:Staff Attitude: The attitude of the cashiers is notably unwelcoming. Their lack of engagement and apparent indifference makes for an uncomfortable experience.Service Efficiency: My needs, especially those that were time-sensitive, were not met with the urgency and efficiency I expected. This lack of prompt service was particularly frustrating.Customer Care: When I expressed the importance of my time constraints, the response was dismissive, and I felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously.THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS
