Usually over 20-25 people in line and there is just 1 cashier working. All the other employees idly walk around not even trying to open another cashier’s desk to help the 25 people in line. Worst experience

I was extremely offended by the way I was treated as I am a Hispanic American person of origin and was trying to cash a $5,000 check, they did not allow me to cash it. And requested for me to swipe my ID and failed to check it whether it was me or not as the ID was not swiping through they informed me that I was not able to cash the check due to my ID not coming up and they also told me even if my ID went through it would not go through because they have a cashing limit to cash a check for “non- customer client” even though I told her I do have a business account with them and they told me it’s an LLC account but to me it’s still an account but she wouldn’t tell me the limit. They did not tell me until the end that it was a $4,000 limit to cash the check. I went to different locations before and they have no problem verifiying my Id but for some reason this location always have a hard time treating their customers with respect as a human or a business owner so if you believe you are doing legitimate business please do not come to this location and waste your time and energy please go somewhere else because this is what they will tell you.

The bank manager Alenoush seriously needs to get replaced. I don’t understand how many customers need to complain about her for the Bank of America corporate office to take action.

I went to this branch to cash the check. The amount was high and teller called manager short hair (someone post her pic on review) she said im not going to cash it. I said why not i do this every 2 weeks another branch she said tell me the name. REALLY WHO THE......ARE YOU? you manage the bank with your own rules and no one can check you. There is a lot of review about this lady and bank of america doesn't have anyone to check you? You are the worst person in this bank. And all reviews responded was contact them with face book or Twitter. How about you leave a massage with phone number then i will call. She waist my time because i had that money as an urgent now must wait 30 hours to go to other bank of americas branches that all gives money except your ugly manager. Is she going to pay late fees that i had to pay my bills today? ? i hope your higher position person will see this and make some changes about you. Remember on may 4th there was more then 30 people in line and you asked one teller close her window and go outside buy food for you and other short hair teller. While u had only 2 teller. Shame on you. If you don't know the way you managing that business soon will get discrimination lawsuit cases.

I had the displeasure of dealing with the bank manager named Alenoush, who seemed very unknowledgeable and incompetent. Additionally she was very rude and unwilling to be helpful. Needless to say I will be closing all of my accounts and terminating my relationship with this bank. Please hire better staff. Additionally, please appointment more professional qualified personnel as the Bank Manager. Alenoush seemed very underqualified for her position.
