I wish I could leave a cero star review, I'm almost 100% sure my EDD card was cloned at this branch. Taking out good amount of money. I really hope karma gets you whoever is doing these inside this branch. Good thing the government changed bank for EDD pre paid Cards. I thought it was just bad customer service, after my card was cloned here ..... Let's start by saying this is the only place I've use the card, all I needed it was to get the money. But last check came in without notice, sooner than later was gone in two transaction from an ATM at this Branch ..... WWWOOOOWWWW..... Respect!

if you are in a hurry, you can use the ATM inside or outside the Bank of America building it is so easy-to-use

I've been on line for 15 minutes. It has moved 1 customer. There is only one teller. Line is almost out the door. The staff simply says the other teller is out to lunch. It's 2pm. Just terrible, uncaring service.

I wanted to eat at Taqueria El Tapatio around the corner, but they are cash only so came to use the ATM machines and the keypad was absolutely disgusting It looks like it's never been cleaned and it makes me very annoyed because that is a simple thing to do The manager at this branch is very disengaged with housekeeping. of the machines outside. It doesn't take much effort to take a disinfectant, wipe and clean the screens and keypads that everyone touches MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY; EVERYDAY Take a small interest you guys

The rating is for Armine. I came here to close my savings account. They first women that helped me was nice. She told me I needed to withdraw my money first and then close the account. After withdrawing my money I'm looking for help to close my account. Armine then proceeds to tell me I can't and that I need to call customer service. I tell her that I was told i'm able to. She then back tracks and says yeah I can but i'm goons have to wait. She said to just call instead. Kinda rude and misleading. Armine basically lied. Not helpful.

Definitely glad I don't bank here I can tell ya that much. Had over $1100 stolen from my unemployment card and these guys finally locked my account AFTER the third charge. Luckily I got the money back after filing several complaints, but none of these charges should've gone through in the first place since it was from across the country. I went in to cash it all out so I could transfer it to my much safer trustworthy bank. These tellers were all rude and had terrible customer service. I had never been in there before since I'd only used the atms outside, and these guys kept talking to me like I should know how transactions worked there. Plus all of them seem very annoyed and don't want to help any of their customers. Isn't that your job? Go to Union bank instead they're much nicer there

Out of the 4 outdoor ATMs they have at this location only 1 works. Every time I come to this location the ATMs are an issue. Why charge the monthly fees of the facilities are not working? Step up your game BofA.

Rotten service. Had an appointment with Paul, the Merrill rep at that branch at 9:30. Arrived at 9:25. Was told to wait in the waiting area. Waited until 10:00 when the manager came out and told us Paul wouldn't be coming in because he was sick. Asked to use the restroom; that it was only common courtesy after waiting for a half hour without any word that Paul would not be coming in. Manager flat out refused to let me use it. An employee has the right to get sick, I understand that. What they don't have the right to do is not inform a client while the client is waiting around for a half hour before letting them know the rep will not be coming in. Perhaps Paul did let them know and there was a breakdown in communication, I don't know. What I do know is that this is the 2nd time it has happened with a Merrill rep within a month. At a branch of BofA a half-mile away the same thing happened to me with another Merrill rep. Walked in and they told me the rep had an emergency and wouldn't be coming in today. Based on this one experience I will not be going back to this branch ever again.

I am leaving this review as a warning to all B of A customers and potential future customers. YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE WITH B OF A!! I had $14,580 stolen from my B of A account, out of the ATM at the Northridge location. I filed a claim with B of A, & it has now been rejected 5 times!!! I was in Maui from Oct 7th. 2021 until Jan. 24th 2022. Between Oct. 7th & Oct. 21st, someone withdrew $14,580 out of this branches ATM, despite the fact that I was 2,500 miles away, in Maui...and so was my debit card. I provided the bank with my boarding pass, credit union statement from the time-frame this fraud took place, and all sorts of other info to prove I was 2,500 miles away while this occurred....and it's still being denied?!?!?! Clearly someone had a skimmer on their ATM machine & stole all my info, made a copy of my debit card, and withdrew all my $. I wouldn't be surprised if a bank employee was in on this scheme either, considering how absolutely useless the employees have been in helping me. They're very clearly hiding something & don't want to get caught. Not 1 fraud alert. Not 1 notification. Nothing???? Now the bank has repeatedly denied my claim, so my only option is to absolutely obliterate B of A via every avenue possible (social media, news outlets, etc.). I have also contacted a lawyer, so I will be coming for B of A in court, for far more than the $14,580 that has been stolen from me. Bank of America are a bunch of criminals & frauds, and if you choose to bank with them, be prepared to regret your decision. You'd be better off going to any other bank that isn't a B of A. This wouldn't happen at any other bank except a B of A, because B of A is basically a criminal organization that is getting away with fraud, amongst a slew of other things. Their claim department is living in the 90's. They only receive your info via fax or if you mail them q letter...no emails, no phone calls, NOTHING! HOW IS THA POSSIBLE?!?!? I've spoken with the claim department call center who literally tells me "That's the way we do it. We don't even speak with the people who work on the claims." -- What this tells me is that B of A absolutely does not care about it's customers, nor making things right should something happen to you like it did me. They are q despicable group of cowards who need to be taught a very very valuable lesson, and I plan on doing that, in court. Bank of America, you should be absolutely disgusted and ashamed with yourselves! You have no integrity or honor & every location deserves to be shut down immediately!!! I will bo posting a similar review on every single B of A location across the United States to make sure everyone knows not to do business with B of A. They have gone as far as trying to have my reviews removed, but I will not stop until they have to answer for what they've done. If you're a B of A customer, you should pull all of your money out immediately and go to Chase, a credit union, any banking institution that is not Bank of America. If you're considering using B of A, don't...Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

Totally understaffed. When there is a line of 30+ people and the same 2 individuals have been with the only 2 tellers for about 10 minutes each, it's a sign that the bank should limit the number of transactions or the type of transactions guests can make during peak times.

HORRIBLE PLACE, 12+ customers in line only 2 tellers to help those 12 customers 10 other employees mainly woman chit chatting in Armenian and laughing like they are at a hair salon. Embarrassment to whoever manages this branch, IF anyone manages it.

I went with my father yesterday 2/20/21to do an POD which some young hispanic male helped us out. At first he asked my father what language he spoke which found discriminating. Fair housing you speak English now if he would have told him I don't speak English would have been another story. This guy was very immature and unprofessional. When he looked at my dad's ID he stated wow you old Papi ( even papi is is wrong). Telling someone you're old is just plain wrong not sure why they have that kid helping customers he definitely needs customer and fair housing training. My father has been a BoA customer since before I was born and he has never had this type of treatment. I didn't saying in front of my father because he's very humble and does not like me complaining. But hope the manager reads this because this is unacceptable behavior!!
