The team are phenomenal & professional.. they were able to get a re-do done within few hours. Taline & Josie from the Glendale Office were amazing & they made my night! Hardworking team & truly an awesome office. I will be back for future projects!

Poor product; even more disappointing customer service. I paid almost $250 for supposedly premium business cards with rounded corners; see attached photo of their version of rounded corners. Apparently they have like, rodents or something employed to gnaw on the ends to round them?Literally no quality control check. 15% of the cards arrived in the box completely square lol. The rest were chewed on with scissors at best. Their reply "oh sorry here's 15% off your next order" - like are you serious hahah? Why would I order form you again?Then finally someone decided what I received was pretty egregious, and said "we're gonna re run them and get it right. They're in production now." -- literally weeks later... nothing. I just emailed them today and they're like "oh yeah totally they're just finishing up" hahah. Yep. Then someone gave me a non-active tracking number.. normal subterfuge.Just top to bottom terrible experience. Go with another company.

Not enough great things to say about the team at AxiomPrint. Diana was our sales representative and made the process of ordering all of our items for our 2024 conference seamless. She was so communicative, personable, and I even got to meet her in person when I went to pick up our items in Glendale! We needed everything from A-frames to retractable banners, napkins, and event programs and the quality of each piece was perfection. AxiomPrint will be our first recommendation to any of our partners and colleagues needing printing for their events and festivals.

Customer of theirs for over 13 years.. yes have great prices, but things go a little more than price… order from them for the past 13 years at least 10 orders .. call them last Wednesday on a order they have no email , no record of previous orders(they claimed this never happened before) I wanted and only showed one ordered the last one I got.. spent $1,000’s of dollars . Last Oder I gave them was ten days late..gave them a favorable review.. after giving them a review they asked for the same review five times.. I asked the owner to call..last Thursday no call.. I asked about shipping both on two calls and twoEmails , no response, followed up with a email today was told you may want to deal with another company for we can’t see us dealing with you long term… looks like they have moved to getting quick reviews and quick sales versus working with long term customers.. and keeping records

Every things seem to be going smoothly. I was very impressed with the customer service up until I confirmed the total amount I was paying, I questioned shipping and they double confirmed everything was in order. I paid my invoice/contract and then the next day they told me they could not fulfill the order because the shipping cost was too low and they were wanting to quadruple it. As I told her that was unacceptable, I’ve already paid. I’ve already confirmed on multiple occasions and they basically took four days to tell me there was nothing they could do so I finally had to forcefully request my refund, which took another two days for her to confirm, and then they actually did refund my money but the entire experience took over a week which should’ve been the promise time I would’ve been receiving my item. It was a super waste of time and effort. Obviously their website is not set up correctly because you have to input your address, your zip code, etc. before you pay so it’s extremely false advertisement. buyer beware

Great printing service!!! My candle dust covers were done amazingly and the price is reasonable. I recommend to all starters. The manager Lily is very kind and helpful, replied to all my emails and helped with orders. The company is responsible and does everything on time. I recommend it!

I had been worked with Axiom for 3 years. I was always salified with their work until this year. My manager was Emilia and the designer was Jelly. I am not sure what happened to her and the designer she works with, but they keep messing up my orders.I am done with this company.

Solid customer service. The lanyards I ordered were better than I expected and offered at the best price I could find online—a true unicorn. The only downside I can think of us was that I was asked to rate and review the product within a few hours of placing the order—surely a tweak of their automated system can send that email *after* I get the product. ;) I’ll definitely be using Axiom again.
