“Well, today (11/15/2024) I called "Pacific Auto Body & Paint" with 4.9 star review and spoke with Peter. I explained my situation (my Toyota Corolla) and he asked me to visit their shop and get advice from their specialist (other shops didn't do this!). I drove there and they fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes and at NO cost!! (how many shops will do this??). Peter was very polite and friendly, they have a very nice yard and garage, and did take care of my car right away (this is prioritization). Good customer service and knowing how to prioritize are very important to me and they deserve a 5 star review. Thank you Peter, good job to the Pacific Auto body & paint team.”

“My partner and I both take our cars here it’s as fast if not faster than the other oil change spots and it is a few bucks cheaper. The owner is hilarious and genuinely cares about your car. We’ve been going here for over a year now. Consistently a great experience. Highly recommend. Love spending money at a small business over the chains that are very hit and miss.”

“A hit and run left some very minor scratches on my car. My insurance wanted me to determine whether it would be more than my deductible to fix. I walked into Renew and Norik immediately offered to take a look to help with the estimate. He determined that it was indeed minor and, to my surprise, offered to buff/polish it out free of charge. After 20 minutes, the car was like new. I offered to pay at least a tip, but he would not accept. Norik and Renew provided me with a great experience and impeccable results...I told him I would not hesitate to bring my car here in the future and he replied he hopes I never have to. Tl;dr - Highly recommend Renew and Norik!”

“Finding a place that does a good job on your car is hard. Finding a Place that cares about your car whether lowered ,modified , or special is even Harder. At Andy's I heard nothing but good things regarding tire management and alignments. This father/son duo went above and beyond with what I needed with extra care and integrity. I was beyond pleased with the service and on top of that they also took the time to point out potential hazards that I would be recommended to fix regarding my suspension. Honest , upfront, and Passion in their work. Extremely happy with the results. My only recommendation is to book your appt 2 weeks in advance to get a prime spot in regards to timing due to their high demand. 5 stars plus.”

“Found these guys from a Groupon deal since I needed to get my brake pads changed. It was an affordable price so I gave them a shot.They took me in with an appointment and then gave me consultation with a quick diagnosis. I told them there was this grinding noise coming from the tire and they found out the problem which was a wheel bearing. They replaced my rotors, brake pads, gave me a brake fluid flush, and replaced my rear wheel bearing. Jack, the owner, explained everything in detail.Can’t recommend them enough. They do good service and they give good prices around the area. You won’t be disappointed!”

“I’m very grateful for Alex and his efficient and fast work. Obviously, nobody wants to go through having to deal with car repairs, but my car wouldn’t start and I looked up auto shops nearby, and settled on his. He was very polite and friendly, got my car right in there, and quoted me a very good price.
The part I needed replaced(starter) arrived at his shop later than they expected, so Alex stayed later to get the job done. I was able to pick up my car first thing the next morning, which is a huge plus, and he explained everything in a way that a non-car person like me could understand. He even had to do some extra work on the car that he did not charge me for.
Between the great job, friendly interactions, and super fast turnaround, I am very happy to have discovered Alex and will gladly use him again in the future anytime my car needs work. Thank you so much Alex!”
“Hovik and Vasik are life savers! We own two Range Rovers that we drive a lot, and they need a lot maintenance. Every time we have a problem, they get us in, and they always try to minimize the costs by cleaning parts instead of systematically replacing. Last time for a DEF sensor issue, they were able to clean the faulty sensor and the car runs great again! Highly recommend them for their knowledge and honesty. Below are pictures of before and after the cleaning.”

“My alternator went out suddenly, leaving me stranded and needing to tow my car somewhere for repair. It was a Friday around 4:30pm. I called numerous shops for quotes and availability. Not only was Emad one of the only places I called who was open on Saturday to work on my car, he quoted me the lowest price of all the places I called. And told me it was no problem to have my car towed there after hours. The work on my car was done by noon the next day and, unprompted, Emad followed up with me a few days later via text to make sure everything was running ok.
Can't recommend this place enough based on my one experience there.”
