“What can I say. I’ve been a JANA customer for almost 25 years. Never had ANY problem with my insurance because Eddie will take care of absolutely everything. A claim taking too long or feel you are being ignored by the other party? Just give him a call and he will solve the problem for you. I added/changed vehicles in my policy and NEVER found a better rate. Now I live in Palmdale but JANA is still my insurance place. Thanks JANA. Thanks Eddie. You rock”

“My experience with Christine has been a positive one. She is attentive, prompt, personable, and friendly. She patiently answers all my questions in a timely manner. She even goes out of her way to make things convenient for her clients. I was with another insurance agent before I signed with her. The other agent would only pick up and answer my questions when she was trying to get me to sign and pay. I wasn’t happy with the service. I asked Christine for quotes back then and asked her again recently. She has always been timely and kind answering all my questions, so I decided to switch.
