Aurora Moving Company is excellent! The office staff is polite and skilled. The movers on both ends of my cross-country move could not have been nicer, more careful, or more professional. My cross-country delivery was supposed to take 2–4 weeks, but they got it to me EARLY.

Aurora Moving Company did an amazing job with our local move. They handled our belongings with care, and the crew was outstanding. The office staff and crew were accommodating, knowledgeable, and polite throughout the duration of our stay. I have had bad moving experiences in the past, so I believe that paying a little extra to ensure a quality job from a professional company was well worth the added extra cost. We hired Aurora Moving Company based on a friend's recommendation, and we were not let down. Richard dispatched a team to pack and move our complete home to storage in a single day! The crew was kind, professional, and friendly. When it came time to move into our new house in a different state, the crew was just as excellent as the first time. Not a single item was lost or broken. I highly recommend Aurora Moving Company and would hire them again without hesitation.

Aurora Moving Company is one of the BEST moving companies I have used. Their workers are are ALWAYS professional, courteous, trustworthy and kind. They work extremely well as a Team to get things done in a time efficient manner, taking care to handle all of your items in a manner which protects their integrity. I have used them on work related projects in the past, but today I had them assist with a personal move for a senior family member. Our mover, who helped with us today, Jose F. was so respectful, patient and kind. He went straight to work and handled multiple tasks with ease...Felt like he had just arrived and before we knew it, everything was complete! I will definitely be using this company for more projects in the future! Keep up the great work, Aurora Moving Company!

We have used Aurora three times now and will be using them again very soon. On our last move we had three guys and it was totally worth it as we needed things packed as well. The movers are clean, on-time, courteous, and all around professional.

One of the best moving experiences I had. Moving from Glendale to La Crescenta. Matt & Alfredo not only took care of our stuff like their own, but were extremely professional & pleasant. Kept up updated throughout and made it into a fun move rather than stressful one. I highly recommend these guys if moving. Absolutely the best!

Be very careful with this company. The owner told me the job was going to take 3hrs with 3 men and a truck - a -bedroom apartment moving from Glendale to Burbank - It took them 8.5 hours to complete the job. It cost me over $1,000 dollars. The owner is very dishonest person. When I called him to say why the 3-hour has taken almost 9hrs, he turned the situation against me. It is a pity to have such type of businesses in Glendale.

Be very careful with this company. The owner of sold me the business by convincing me that i was not going to need more than 3 men + a truck and no more than a 3-hour service. I was moving a 2 bedroom from Glendale to Burbank. It took them 8:30 hours. It cost me over $1000 dollars. From 8am untill 5 pm!!! He refused to give any discounts when i confronted him about how long it had taken them to finish the move vs how many hours he had indicated it would take. So sad to have this type of dishonest businesses in Glendale!!

Updated Post: Hindsight is 20/20. I was so stressed out and just happy that things were getting moved that I wasn't being as particular as I should be. I only wanted them to move what I had already packed and the big items such as our beds, dressers, appliance, and items I had already packed. They ended up packing additional items and I agreed to them when I shouldn't have which ended up costing me time and money for them to do so. It cost us $10 per item that needed to be shrink wrapped, they shrink wrapped a folding cat hammock. They said it was due to possible allergies but cat dander was everywhere so how does this ONE item matter? I was very happy they they would take the beds apart and put them back together. We've had no problems there. My biggest problem is with our Ikea Kallax (5 x 5). When they took it apart they did. It label any of the doors to know which insert fit in which spot. When they were putting it back together they did not make sure to line up any of the doors to the holes that were there and some of them aren't even assembled correctly. I offered them the instructions multiple times but they declined. I was too tired to even think about triple checking everything. I was stressing about the time so I told them to just get the inserts in and secured and I will put the locks back on. The ill-fit of the inserts was noticed a few days after moving in and was immediately brought to the attention of the owner (Ricardo). He told me to give him a few days to get a hold of one of the movers and I obliged. When the following Thursday came around I was told that he would reach out to me after the mover was back in town. I haven't heard from him since. Timeline... 11/14 - Moving Day 11/17 - Notice Issue with Kallax 11/21 - Text from Ricardo about Mover Out of Town 11/29 - Update on Yelp! and will be finding someone else to fix the problem. No need to contact me further. I just want to move on and finish getting things unpacked so we can relax. Original Post: They pack you, they unpack you, they dismantle, they reassemble, they have all the supplies, all you have to do it sit back and point. Will not be using anyone else if we ever have to do this again.
