Where do I begin? From the minute I walked in till the minute I walked out I had the biggest smile on my face. I've never experienced such genuine customer service like I did at Arka! Vito is the best! We came to get our wedding bands and he guided us through the whole process. My fiancé’s ring is super unique and Vito helped us create it. Mine is absolutely gorgeous. He also engraved them for us as a wedding present. So special! We cannot wait to come back for our next piece!

I just came to Arka to have an engagement ring resized. It was a tough job as the band had diamonds all around it. I'd taken it to a number of other jewelers in the area who all refused to work on it. Arka did a perfect job, and turned it around in 2 days, I'm very impressed.

BEST Jeweler, PERIOD ! My family & I have been a customer of Arka for over a decade & I can truly attest to their beautiful, honest, and one of a kind work! The entire team of Arka is so helpful from the beginning of the process till the very last second. They make sure you get your money's worth & are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I have pieces that I've purchased over 5-10 years ago and still get compliments every time I wear them. Their bangles are my absolute favorite & I always make sure to add a piece to my collection every time I get a chance. Quality jewels with amazing customer service, packaging, and overall smooth experience. I'm not sure why I haven't thought to write a review earlier, but I recommend them to ALL my family & friends & they're always satisfied. Came here to look for an engagement and wedding ring. They were able to help me chose a ring, diamond and helped to customize it to my liking. They offer diamond certificates with the ring. Very helpful. My family has also come here in the past.

I love Arka Jewelry! I've been going to Arka Jewelry Design for a little over 19 years now. Vito is the best!!! If you haven't checked this place out yet, you should go asap. The holidays are coming and you'll fine some of the most beautiful jewelry here. It's in the Biltmore Hotel downtown LA. This place is by far the best jewelry design establishment in the area and possibly in LA period. Love Love!!! Won't by my jewelry anywhere else!

Arbin made my 2 wedding bands and he did a fantastic job!!!!! I am extremely happy and the wedding bands were very affordable. (Robbin Brothers tried selling me a single wedding band for $3000 when Arbin made TWO bands for me for less than $2,000.) Arbin made the CAD design of my ring and the process took about a week. The actual making of the wedding bands took around 2.5-3 weeks (which is such a short timeframe since most jewelers take 6-7 weeks to make custom jewelry). I am incredibly happy with how the wedding bands turned out! I am writing this review after having my wedding bands for almost two months and they still look brand new! I wear the bands with my engagement ring everyday and I couldn't be happier! Thank you again Arbin!

Arbin was a pleasure to deal with. We really shopped around before our wedding because we were going to buy multiple pieces, and not everyone could do our custom pearl and diamond choker and matching bracelet. We were initially going to go with Nancy's Jewelry. Unfortunately, after 2 months of giving us the runaround, and often not even responding to our phone calls, just 2 weeks before our wedding, Nancy's Jewelry said that they would not be able to make our pearl and diamond choker. I was freaking out because most jewelers that work with diamonds do not work with pearls, and most jewelers who work with pearls do not work with diamonds. We told Arbin about the situation, and he stepped up! Even though Arbin was going to be on vacation in about a week, he delivered! Arbin was able to make my pearl and diamond choker, matching bracelet, my eternity wedding band, a gift (that essentially was an engagement ring-type solitaire), and a gold bracelet for my husband. My husband and I are very grateful for Arbin's work! Everyone cannot stop staring at my one-of-a-kind pearl and diamond jewelry. THANK YOU!!

I am SO happy I found Arka Jewelry!!! I went to a previous jeweler to get my engagement ring re-worked. They charged me A LOT of money and my ring looked terrible. I was so devastated as it's my most important ring. I brought it to Arka hoping they could help me fix it and make it look tolerable. After just a few short days it was not only tolerable...it was BEAUTIFUL and exactly what I was trying to achieve in the first place. Their prices are also amazing!! They were wonderful to work with and they really care about their customers! If you're looking for a family owned business who will help you with any of your jewelry needs look no further!

Arman and his family were so welcoming and nice. Arman helped me decide on the perfect ring for me. He was patient and took the time to explain everything to me. He loves what he does and it shows! I would highly recommend him to help you find your dream ring!
