The people are nice and the only reason I rated 2 stars. The pumps 5 and 7 never accept chip cards, one of them has been jammed for months. Absolutely stupid. Don’t they want people to come here to buy gas?

I would put zero stars if I could. This location on San Fernando and Highland in I believe Glendale was horrible. The only woman there was extremely rude and demeaning. Told my family only 2 of us could be in the store at a time and accused us of stealing when we handed our snacks to one of our people and went to head out. We assured her we gave all our snacks to her and she yelled that she was just doing her job. Bathroom was also horribly gross. Absolutely horrible place. Every other Arco I have been to has been perfectly up to company standards, this one was just in shambles and worker was horribly rude.

Section 13651(d)(2) provides that gas station may be subject to a fine of $250 by the Division of Measurement Standards of the California Department. I asked the female attendant to turn on the air. My tire was low and I needed to put gas and air. She gave me a code and I asked if it worked she said it doesn't work but I could try. I asked why she would give a code if it doesn't work.
I went to machine and there's no area to enter a code, only quarters or card for $2 payment.

You need to hold the pump while pumping gas. There’s no latch to hold the pump. Will not be returning.

My wallet was stolen from inside my car when I got out of the car to pump gas. Lock your car door when getting out of your car.
