Don't bring your weapons here. Horrible customer service. Brought an old 30-30 to get worked on 5 months ago. Just picked it up today and it still hasn't been worked on. 5 months later I still have a broken gun. This was a family heirloom and means a lot to me. When I called to try and see if the gun had been worked on, they were nothing but rude telling me I need to wait until they get it done and then they will call. Again when I picked up the gun, nothing but rude people!

Disgraceful place ever ! Especially there are 2 dummies tall and bearded overweight cockroaches run this place and they disgusting. Go any other place around and it will be 10 times better than this spot. Horrible people and they have 0 information about owning a store. I’m sure they will be out of business soon with this attitude.

I took a friend to make firearms transfer,and the staff was courteous and professional. The price are reasonable in this shop.They have excellent gunsmith service here!!

Came in to pick up ammo purchased online as this was my closest FFL dealer and it was an easy process. They were also willing to answer any questions I had and gave me recommendations on some ammo choices. Very friendly and welcoming staff that made me feel comfortable right off the bat. A lady and a gentleman there were very helpful, unfortunately I did not get their names. Jeremy was the main person who took care of me from the time he called to let me know my ammo had arrived to the point of pickup, and he was very professional and helpful. The store itself is well laid out and has a good selection of rifles, pistols, and ammo. They have a selection of ammo that's hard to find online (Winchester Silvertip .223) albeit a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for personal and family protection. Will definitely come back for any of my firearm or ammo needs and to support small local businesses.

Ordered a gun off of the internet and had it delivered for pick-up here. Once it arrived at American Gun Works, I was told by the man behind the counter that it was not CA legal; but it was. It was in all CA approved lists. Was the gun returned to the original broker source so that I could be refunded? No. What happened to the gun? Added to the owner's private collection? Buyer beware: don't get your purchase delivered here. There are other gun stores in Glendale.
