I went in for a Oil Change. Alberto told me it would be $129.00. While I was waiting i received a coupon from Allen Gynn Chevrolet with a coupon for an Oil Change $89.00. I showed it to Alberto the service rep and he said he could not honor that because he had added something to the oil and it would help the car run better. No sure what that was. I asked him several questions about that and Alberto told me I was being disrespectful and he would not discuss it. What I said was that I felt like he was not being honest with me. He did not like that and just walked away and said he would call me when the job was complete. I asked to speak wiht a manager and he told me His manager was out with Eye surgery and no Managers were on site. I went out to speak with the lady at the fron desk, Helen, She brought the Sales manager over and I relayed my concerns to him. He was very gracious. While I was speaking with him I got a test from the service rep Alberto stating that he would honor the coupon. I have always felt well taken care of at Allen Gwynn Chevy and drive over 30 miles for service, Today I did not feel well taken care of and not valued as a long time customer. I may not go back if this treatment continues, Thank You.

Had to take Bolt in for service. Turned out it needed software update. Amir took care of everything. Courteous, professional. Have had good service at Allen Gwynn dealership. Only wish they had more EV technicians on staff.

Was kind of taken back with the way it was asked. I was like ok go ahead and do whatever. He again said he would not be able to get to before two weeks. Fine, I said. After hanging up I remembered about my plan be able to cover loner cars. Called Gwynn Allen, lady at front desk said that were out of loners, but i could go accross street rent a car and they will reimburse me. I did not like having to wait two weeks for my car battery to be connected and programming of the computer, so I looked in my manual and found a number for issue dealing with chevy dealers. Called it, s,w very nice lady that said she would see what could be done and that I was eligible for a car rental to be reimbursed by them and she emailed me the paper saying as much. The next day(they only had my car for 3 of the 14 days told it was going to take just to get to my car) I got a call from sales manager saying car will be ready the next day. And he also stated total which was $662. And to connect a battery and reset computer I was charged for 2 hours of labor at 250 an hour. My receipt said nothing about the diagnosis that had to be done and a part they charged $146 (which u found same part on ebay for $38) and then $500 for labor. Looked under hood battery not installed correctly.

I was in for service. I have a C8 with 14,250 miles, your salesperson told me my engine air filter was 84% used and 16% life left. Asked if i like to replace filter for $280. I declined and checked the maintenance requirement turns out this is not true. I confronted him, he just basically denied everything he told me. I pulled up the maintenance requirement on the website he had to read it. As in everything the lie after to cover up is the worse part. He ran out just as I was leaving to offer free installation on next oil filter if I print out the GM rating giving him “5”. Why would I do that??? He better hope I don’t get the GM service review. He also stated he’s new. People have compassion for honest mistakes but this is not in that category. I also get different price quotes on the phone with another one of your employees. Always a different price once I am there.
