I had an appointment with Dr. Grigoryan today after waiting about three months to be seen. I'm so glad I chose Dr. Grigoryan from the doctors I had screened. From the moment I walked in, her staff was polite and professional. I arrived 15-20 minutes early in case there were additional forms to complete, though I had done everything online, which I greatly appreciated.
After my information was verified, the MAs took my vitals, and Dr. Grigoryan saw me right on time. She spent a solid 45 minutes with me, thoroughly reviewing my chart, family history, and patient history, and genuinely showed interest in what brought me to her as a new patient. She asked all the right questions and was respectful, nice, and attentive. I valued her insights and initial diagnosis of my concerns.
What impressed me even more was that I could do all my lab work right there at her office, rather than going to a separate laboratory. Since I wasn’t fasting, I'll be returning next week for that. The office is welcoming and chic, and parking was super easy. Despite having other patients waiting, Dr. Grigoryan never rushed me, showing her genuine care for patient well-being.
Thank you, Dr. Grigoryan and staff, for making my first visit memorable. I'm looking forward to future visits for my general health.

Changed doctors because I didnt like my previous one, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed how clean it was and how efficient the staff was. Arpi (and I didnt get the banr of the other girl) were quick and helpful and went through my paperwork seamlessly.
The office itself had a modern and stylish vibe that felt more like a chic skincare spa than a traditional, dreary doctor's office. Plus, they offered complimentary coffee and water, which was a nice touch!
One of the things I appreciated most was that my appointment ran on time, which is rare in the medical world. Doctor was fantastic—kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. No wonder this office has so many 5-star reviews!
***PARKING: there's a convenient parking deck right next to the office, making it easy to access at 716 W Broadway
Overall, I highly recommend this doctor's office to anyone in need of quality care in a welcoming environment. I'm grateful to have found a great PCP and plan to stick with them

The office is very nice, clean and professional . Arina and Liana are very friendly, helpful and I’m very satisfied with their help. Every time I call to their office girls are very professional and helpful!Dr. Elizabeth Grigoryan is one of the most caring, professional, friendly doctor. She spends a lot of time with you, answers all your questions and explains very clearly. She is a super doctor.

Dr Elizabeth Grigorian is one of the carrying doctor that I ever met , she spend lots of time with patients and explains everything very well , she has a good and positive attitude, and it’s the time to say thank you to the front desk girls , they are so patient eveven though I called several time in a busy day they answer my questions very well , again thanx to doctor and her staff

I Had to see the Super Doctor Elizabeth Grigoryan (Dr Hottie) for authorization for treatment. I was greeted by an angel-like person her name is Arina, and she made sure I filled out the form correctly so you are ready to see the Doctor. She is very professional, and her smile will tell you, you're in the best hands here.I give her 5 stars and a twist. I bet her parents are proud because she is pretty damn good at taking care of business in Dr. Elizabeth Grigoryan office.. Btw even a blind man could tell Arina is Fire ( Fire When something is described as "fire," it means it is exceptional or impressive)

GREAT experience. Dr. G'rigoryans Staff is very efficient. Wait time is far less than at most doctors. Everyone is nice and accommodating and professional !!A + on staff (hard to come around these days! Dr. G does a thorough examination. Ask lots of questions. I don't ever feel rushed like she needs to get to the next patient. She listens well. I will continue to see Dr.G she is highly professional! I recommend her for all family practice needs! Thank you so much Dr.Grigoryan !!!!

Dr. Elizabeth Grigoryan is extremely competent, kind, compassionate, and attentive. She has been my father's primary care physician and has shown him unwavering support and care. She continued to check on him after he was discharged from the hospital and visited him there even after he was admitted. Even though he is nearing the end of his life, she made sure he received all the tests and treatments needed. She continues to provide my father with the best care possible and responds to all of our calls and questions. She doesn't rush your care, instead, she is thorough and takes her time. It's wonderful to have a doctor who is humane and passionate about taking care of her patients. Highly recommend her.

This review is over due! I have been a patient of Dr. Grigoryan for over a year now and I am so happy with her level of care. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and never dismisses me. Shes the first doctor that has taken every single complaint seriously and addressed all my concerns. Ive never felt rushed when I see her. I have recommended her to multiple family members and they have all had the same experience with her. I recommend Dr. Grigoryan to all my friends and family
