I went to Alexis Deli & Grocery on La Crescenta Ave. yesterday (my first time) to try and find supplies for "safe at home order." I was pleasantly surprised to find they have fresh produce, eggs, breads delivered daily, a wonderful selection of cheese, dairy products, spreads, coffee and other specialty items. The owner greeted me with a positive attitude and was very helpful to assist me in finding what I needed. As I was paying for my items the owner said "do you know it's the first day of spring? I would like you to have this bowl of grass, in the Persian culture it's a sign of rebirth and renewal. I wish nothing but safety and health for your family." WOW! This is the definition of community. Through all the uncertainty that we've been facing, random acts of kindness never go out of style. As a local business owner myself it's breaking my heart to see the economic challenges our community and small business owners are facing. Please consider supporting this local gem now and after we weather this storm. Stay positive. Stay healthy.

I love this place, it's always very clean and fresh. It's a family owned business whose customer service is great, no matter how busy they are they always have a smile on their face which makes you feel welcome and glad.

Great market to have in my neighborhood . Love the owners and convenience . The ambience is also great and the store is always clean and maintain. They also always make sure to keep the full inventory and always stocked.
