Very poor seating conditions.Lacks reasonable modern conveniences such as an elevator. Very poor seats. I wouldn’t go there again!!! Also, the valet charge is extremely high - $40.00. This is called looting.I recommend not going there at all.

Beautiful, located right in the middle of the city... come early & spend time outside, eating out or grabbing a cup of coffee Starbucks near by, it is beautiful and clean here. Parking is difficult, unless, you pay parking $15 per day. Street parking is impossible. Theather is somewhat small which makes it more personal. We saw the Nutcracker, which was fantastic! Magical and beautiful, job well done! Highly recommend it!

It's a beautiful theater where you can see live plays. You should definitely come here to see something. Staff was great, drinks were good but definitely overpriced. Overall, it is a very nice setting.

We went to Nutcracker ballet last week. It was a great performanceI would give 5 star but we have been interrupted so many times with people keep passing through trying to find their seats in the dark. When show starts should be no interruptions. We pay to see the show. Who ever is responsible to manage further events should come up with the better idea not to let people come in when show is already started. Thank you for reading.

Great theatre, saw some of the best speakers there. Open layout and was able to have a good view and hear clearly from the top row on the second level and also when I went down to the back row on the first level!

We had the pleasure of listening to a band that has been touring for over 60 years, the Zombies. They were awesome - still! The only reason I cannot give this beautiful theater 5 stars is because of the poor acoustics. It's a small venue and not a bad seat in the house. I expect I'll be back as the opportunity arises.

Beautiful architecture. Horrible sound system, horrible seating, and dirty. It looks like a shell of what once must have been glamorous.I feel any concert choosing this theatre should be aware of the horiffic sound that I tried to endure. I walked out of " The Zombies" .

Alex theater is a very old theater that has been around for quite a while. The sound was mediocre unless you're sitting on the first floor up front which is what we had to do as a group to hear the music at. A good level. It's? Okay. For small venues but I wouldn't probably go there if I wasn't invited.Call me if u have any questions

Alex theatre is a great venue for any concert or show. I have been here many times over the last 25 years. Today we saw Ladaniva in concert for the first time in LA. What a beautiful performance and evening. We enjoyed it very much. The theatre is beautiful, has comfy seats and great acoustics. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Location is perfect cause there are many restaurant and shops within walking distance.

I went to see Cinderella with my beautiful girlfriend here at Alex theater. It was amazing. The staff there was very kind and helpful. The architecture of the theater was amazing. Great atmosphere to be around.

We attended the Gay Men's Chorus Christmas concert on Dec. 18. A big shout out to Andy, the floor manager who helped us with our seating issue. The seats we purchased were on the second floor and due to recent falls, we were unable to go up the steps. Andy found us 2 excellent seats on the first floor that were even better than the ones we bought. There was no beverage service available for purchase and Andy brought me a bottle of water. In addition to being one of the best concerts we ever saw, the special treatment we received was amazing. Thanks Andy for making our concert experience super special!!
