I had a disappointing experience at the store which felt unwelcoming, particularly as an Asian customer. Upon entering, I wasn't greeted, and no one approached me to offer help. I had to try on shoes by myself as I couldn't find any assistance. When I finally asked a male staff member for a different size, he carelessly threw the shoes in front of me and responded indifferently. The female staff member at checkout also seemed unwelcoming. I'm unsure if this behavior is typical of this brand or just at this Glendale location, but it was discouraging.

This review is specifically for Sire who went back and forth from the back room to the sales floor about 10 times to find the right size, color, and style we wanted. He was very attentive and helpful for our whole group throughout the whole process. ?

My boyfriend Chris & I went in today looking for some work shoes for him. We were helped by a nice gentleman that literally brought out like 10 different pairs without hesitation. Mary the manager rang us up and she was wonderful. I was asking her for help finding the sambas OG online since they always sell out in my size! she brought out different size sambas for me to try out and also introduced my boyfriend and I to the app where I can sign up to be notified when the sambas in my size are back in stock. She was lovely to talk to and had great energy! Will definitely be back to this store. Thank you Mary !! :)

Brought online shoes in for an exchange that needed to be shipped off and ended up having issues associated with it. The manager Mary took care of the situation that adidas customer service on the phone took days to try to resolve and were not able to. It really shows the value of having storefronts and staff that interact with customers to help understand the problems customers deal with that a rep on the phone really can't understand.

Store not reachable by phone. No notes about parking on google map. I was driving around trying to find parking with validators. Couldn’t get the store.

Walked in and was browsing shoes, picking them up, clearly interested and no worker even greeted me and they just kept standing around with their gossip. I totally thought it was on me because I hadn’t asked for help yet. No worries. But then a couple that let’s just say looked different than me walked in and the employees immediately stopped talking and said hi and asked how they could help them. I walked right back out.
