I have been a customer of Glendale Acura for 5+ years and am an 11 out of 10 satisfied customer. In a city notorious for awful customer service, Acura of Glendale is a beacon. As a single mom and someone without local family, being able to trust the service department with my two Acuras has been invaluable. They've even assisted me in a pinch with a few quick fixes, and performed them complimentary, such as replacing an inexpensive fuse to my speakers today, or tying up the undercarriage cover when it fell off (this is my 2010 Acura TSX). Because Acuras are the best vehicles in every respect, the service department is very reliable and trustworthy, and when I was in the market, it was easy to choose Acura of Glendale as the location I would purchase my third Acura.
About a month and a half after I purchased it, I popped my tire on the curb for the first time. Acura Care was a breeze to work with and towed my vehicle to the dealership early in the morning. By the time it opened, they had already repaired my tire and submitted a warranty claim - I was yet again amazed. Although I don't know them personally, they treat you how I imagine good family would treat you. They've exceeded my expectations in every respect, and I'm really thankful for the wonderful people that work there that have taken care of me and my family. My daughter, a new driver, even brought the car in once, and the representative helping her was so kind and patient to explain all that was needed to both of us and handled us with velvet gloves. Thank you for being a light in a world that could otherwise be challenging. Acura of Glendale's service department is THE BEST! Shout out to Rodger, Brad, and the many others that have assisted us year after year.

Brad in service and the rest of the team at Acura Glendale set the standard for excellence in the industry, as far as I can tell. They are prompt, professional, and personable. I always come away ecstatic knowing my precious Integra is in the best possible hands, as am I with Acura of Glendale. A Five Star operation all the way. Cheers.

I had the best time working with Arthur M. He is an honest, fair and the BEST salesman I have ever encountered and efficient. Please come see him, I was in and out with a brand new MDX within 2 hours. Definitely would recommend friends and family here. Acura of Glendale, you have definitely have an MVP!!!!

On Wednesday morning I noticed my collage son's car that we gave for transmition repair had problem again an as a mom very worried and desperate that what he will do so I call Andre and explain the situation and told him I can not buy brand new . He knows exactly what I'm talking about and told me we have very good low millage certified pre owned ones and send me some some information and I just told him we will be there soon.The minute we checked in we were welcome warm with Andre and the manager and in less than hours we come out with a very nice car that my son got in love with it and more important as a mom I feel good that he will drive safe. I want ao say thank you to all sales,manager financing,and of course service department to taking care of my family God bless you all.

Our family visited California last summer while on vacation. During that time, we noticed some problems associated with our MDX and chose to visit Acura of Glendale. Thankfully, Brad Wolfgram showed exceptional customer service and patience with us! Not only did he bring a positive attitude to the workplace, he is incredibly friendly and understanding with all his customers. If you have any problems, ask for him!

I just bought another Acura from Acura of Glendale. The last one was five years ago. It is refreshing to go there again and receive the same "over and above" service. I went on Acura's site and knew exactly what I wanted. Five stars for Brad in the service department. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I usually work on my cars myself or take them to independent shops but Acura of Glendale has been taking care of my MDX since new primarily because Brad's great customer service.
