I have been going to Acuity Eye Group Glendale office for a few months now and I am very happy with their services.
Dr. Elena Karapetian and her team are simply wonderful! Dr. Karapetian is amazing! She is always very passionate and thorough with the care she provides to each of her patients. She listens to any concerns/questions and takes the time to answer and explain thoroughly. No questions asked is ever an inconvenience, which puts you at ease and makes you feel that you are being heard. You can also email her with any concerns, and she will respond in short order. Mia, who oversees the glasses and contact lens dept., is a bubble of positive joy to the Acuity team. She takes the time to explain the different eye wear options so you never feel rushed in making decisions. The lovely front desk team are very welcoming and pleasant.
I'm very happy to have made the decision to go with the Acuity Eye Group Glendale team when I was looking around for a new ophthalmologist.

Went there to go pick out some frames for my sister, we were helped by Mia and she was incredibly helpful and kind to us. Heavily recommend to anyone to go here just for her :))!

I came in today and was greeted super nicely by the front office staff. The back office technicians, patiently walked me through all the steps. Dr. Karapetian was very knowledgeable. I had a concern with my eyes that no doctor was able to diagnose: however, she was able to understand my concern and with some tests she diagnosed me. That gave me such a relief that a doctor finally saw the concern I had. After the appointment, I looked at some glasses and the lady there helped me choose different glasses and was ready to help me.

What a wonderful office and staff from the woman at check-in to the woman who does preliminary tests prior to seeing the doctor are all very professional and very pleasant, also the woman who helps to fit you with glasses. Dr. Karapetian is a kind and comforting doctor and makes you feel like you are in very great hands. Thank you to you and your whole staff!
