This place needs to work on training their employees. The girl with glasses and dark hair working the dressing rooms at 7PM on Wednesday, June 19, made me and my girlfriend feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcomed. We were there shopping and when we went to the fitting rooms she ignored us until we walked up to her and then she spoke to us in an irritated tone. We were very polite and said thank you and waited where she told us to even though there seemed to be an open fitting room. Throughout those five minutes she was on her phone and was giving us nasty looks. she let multiple couples join each other in the fitting rooms and when it came time for us, I walked in the room with my girlfriend and she snapped and told us that only one person was allowed in the fitting room. Still respectfully my girlfriend asked why she let other people but not us and she just shrugged and said “well”. It made me feel very unwelcomed especially as a queer couple. We had went to another Abercrombie and fitch previously the same day, and the employees had no problem with two people being in the same dressing room. I get that different stores have different polices and some people may be having a bad day, but the treatment was extremely unfair and felt targeted because she was not enforcing that rule with others. We were being very graceful and respectful as well. Please do better because I feel uncomfortable returning to this location.

Clothes are nice, just really frustrated with how they handled a return. Whoever did my return did it wrong and sent me back $0. Now I am having to jump through hoops with the corporate customer service to get returned almost $200. Attention to detail is so important.

My husband bought shorts one week ago, wore them once and they lost color after the first wash. We shared our experience with sellers and they said they couldn't do anything and that's our problem. So quality of clothes and service is terrible!!!

I was able to get my order quickly, but this store is a mess and I encountered multiple people and was not greeted. It was like I was a burden by simply being there. It was nice to see things in my size so readily available but it's just not a welcoming environment

This location at the Glendale Galleria is very organized and has great customer service. I was returning an online order and the young gentlemen at the cash register was professional and friendly. I have been at this store many times and always had a great experience. Great teamwork.

so i recently found out that the prego lady manager got fired. Hallelujah!! she was so rude and had a huge attitude problem every-time i went and i will never forget her face. I can tell she only cared about herself and no one else in the store. Anyways i went back a few times and the store is at the best shape since little ms attitude got fired. Let me tell ya the store had a nice glow up after. I love abercrombie now and their employees. I'm really talkative so i like having a conservation with them and they were all so friendly and so nice to talk to. Fire the old bring in the new.
