I had paid extra for fast shipping for a package I was hoping to pick up before leaving on an extended trip. I went to their office on three separate occasions during the week when the business stated it was open. I waited for about 15 minutes and it remained closed despite posted hours stating it was open. I missed my UPS delivery because it was not open during posted hours. I am very disappointed with the service.

Walked in and smelled bad immediately! MOLD, MOLD, MOLD. I would not feel safe, purchasing anything here because of the strong presence of mold within the building or renting a mailbox I was gonna do! sorry for the owner :( but this needs to be taken care of for the owner's health and the customer.

Terribly run business. UPS rerouted my package here. Fortunately for me, I got there the same time as the UPS driver and was able to pick up my package directly from him. The lady at this business refused ALL of the packages that UPS was supposed to drop off here. I don't know why UPS would partner up with this business.

I came here to drop off a package that had a prelabel from Fed-Ex who even listed this location as a drop off. Tracey the manager looked at label where it said USPS, I saw that but every instruction I had said to drop it off here and again this was printed with Fed Ex logo on it . She said I would have to go to the post office. When I just asked her why (further explanation as they are a USPS priority store) and to hear me why I was there, her voice got loud and irritated. FYI there is no one else in the store. I get it don't take my package but why are you so fast to get irritated by a customer asking for more information, but honestly after getting on here and seeing all the bad reviews, it makes sense lol

If I could give them negative 15 stars, I would. They are HORRIBLE, and if you call them, their response is "WE CAN"T BE PERFECT". They MUST be perfect. They are handling people's mail, and need to be careful how it is handled. They constantly place someone else's mail in our box, and I am certain they do the same with our mail. STAY AWAY!!!!

I went once and was helped by a sweet guy. It seemed like an easy place to go. I was wrong.I went back trying to ship some things. The lady said they can't print anything. I said last time I came, the guy printed and everything went smoothly and she said "forget about him." I couldn't believe how rude she was. And I was in a great mood that day.Anyway the UPS store down the street has the nicest people. I like to support local businesses but that was probably the rudest lady I've dealt with in LA and that's saying something. Glendale typically has good customer service.Oh and the one time I used it, my package was lost. Never again.

Avoid like the plague. Gave my Fedex package to the wrong courier. Had to get fedex involved to locate correct the issue. Shop owner was extremely rude and unprofessional when I called them to help with tracing. Instead of offering assistance told me "Too bad. Don't drop off packages here ever again" Everyone should take the owner's advice. Go somewhere else.

They are unable to keep their location open according to their posted hours and the employees are insanely rude when asked basic questions, I can't believe UPS partners with these kinds of businesses. I will be filing a complaint with UPS directly.
