These guys are great . Horach spent over an hour in the phone with me explaining various functions on my Epson 9880 . Awesome! Don't listen to that review that says they answer with attitude , it's total BS .They actually went totally out their way to help me .

When we run out of ink or other supplies and put in an order with Janet or Horach,
they actually deliver it to us within an hour or so. They are completely professional
and efficient. It is always a pleasant experience buying from and dealing with them.
