This place has gotten really bad. Coffee dispensors look horendously unsanitary. No napkins anywhere. You can't even get hot water anywhere. The staff is great but management is horrible.

Oh I won $30 playing Lotto scratcher tickets purchased food & drinks. The clerk was friendly. This 7-Eleven store in Montrose is convenient absolutely nice & clean. Best selection. The fountain drinks were fresh well cleaned. Self serve food such as 1/4lb Big Bite & spicy hot dog. Grill items. Cheap price excellent deal of course. Grabbing coffee is worth it. The menu on the screen was new. Great start. Very satisfying. That’s all I have to say.

I bought today 12-21-23 at 6:50 am some bimbo mantecadas which cost 2.69 and the man charged me for them at 4.69 and even when I told him what the price was he did not want to give me back the full change. The only reason I give three stars, is because of Robert. He is the most unfriendly employee I have ever met and encounter with. The other employees are super friendly and very helpful. The store is always clean.But than, there is Robert. I walked several time in the store where he was playing a game on his cellphone and let me wait. When Robert works on Sunday, the store is always closed for one hour bathroom break.

Young Asian guy that works here has a big attitude problem. I asked for a slice of pizza and this guy says "man F*** this job!!" Really loud. I don't know what provoked him maybe he gets offended when people look at him. Maybe he should get a job that requires less customer interaction. I'll be going to another 7/11 from now on. F this place

This locations in general okay, but does not enforce the mask mandate. Customers come in unmasked and no one says anything to them. I mentioned it to the clerk and he shrugged his shoulders. I'm more upset with the customers who violate, but I was in the store for 5 minutes and saw 5 people without masks and nothing was said to anyone. There should be consideration for the danger they are putting their employees and the rest of their customers in. Visuals enforcing the mandate should be prominent. A piece of cloth over your mouth and nose for the few minutes you are in the store is a minor inconvenience to slow the spread, especially as we head into winter and omicron is spreading. Do better, people.

This location does not enforce the mask mandate and allows customers to linger indoors without wearing a mask. Don't feel safe coming here.

Always have a good experience at this store. Very clean, organized with everything easy to find... also like the social distancing and sanitizing thank you for being open and doing a good job during the pandemic. I will definitely recommend and be back!
