Recently came to this 711. The employee at the register was rude. My boyfriend has the app and got a drink free. We added the number to the transaction as well and the man who was attending was super annoyed and rude about it literally yelling at us that we don’t need to do it twice. I calmly explained that we didn’t know the number would be associated since one was a barcode and the other was the number. He proceeded to roll his eyes and laugh as us. Honestly it was an honest mistake? We just didn’t know? Didn’t need an employee to be rude and laugh over that but ok. Corporate should send secret shoppers to see how employees treat their customers. Not coming here again.

A friend of mine who has a mild disability was in this store trying to purchase a snack item as he has done for the last 22 years at this 7-11. An employee yelled at him and told him he wasn't allowed to touch anything. My friend was picking up an item he wanted to but the the clerk told him he better not steal. My friend would never attempt to steal. He lives nearby and has gone to this store several times a week with never an incident. I believe this was a case of discrimination against a person with a disability, just because he looks a bit different. We will be looking further into this .

Went to 7-11 on Olive and Victory for free slurpees on July 11th w/ our kids around 10am only to be told they don't start giving slurpees till 11am till 7pm. Thought that was odd since they are not called 11-7, so we went to another 7-11 on 843 West Glenoaks Blvd and they welcomed us w/ a big friendly smile and pointed to where we could get the cups. We ended up getting slurpees and hotdogs and the kids where super happy! Just wanted to share the quality of service we received. Will not be going spending my money at the one on Olive and Victory. Would gladly go the extra mile for friendly service that wants our business!

Great customer service from Sandra today, very kind and helpful. She should be a manager at the store. I've been coming here for a while now and managers and employees are great examples of how a 711 should be ran. Thank you.

Worst place ever... An employee threatened to kill me if I didn't leave because I was sitting down and filming for fun and trying to relax and get away from my abusive family. Such a joke. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!! I recommend not going there either unless you want your life threatened too.

This store is not even deserved for one star, if I could put zero I would. I used to come and shop from this store twice a week but this trash cashier make me really frustrated with his attitude in front of bunch of other customers! I asked a simple question" excuse me, where is bread???" he answered me with a offensive language and pointing fingers aggressively. Plus, he didn't wear a mask when he is responsible for selling food, moreover, he has long beards. I will never enter this location again. See his face and identify who is this offender.

I like this 7-11 until recently. I’ve been coming here for over a decade. They have this one recent employee who doesn’t know how to use their POS and always ends up “stealing”. Stealing is the wrong word as I’m confident it isn’t intentional. Just don’t load paypal card at this location. What angers me is the careless manager and the poor correspondence from corporate.Anyways would have given 4 stars but because of their lacl of training these emplyees, I give 2. Not 1 star because they stock a drink I like.

Don't lose anything at this store. My boyfriend left his wallet there by mistake one night. After going and checking out the cameras they found that an employee stole it. After going there multiple times and even confronting the culprit multiple times, she denied it. Let your friends know how messed up they are. Only one guy was really helping my boyfriend. Be safe out there!
