Service is bad. Staff was defensive & extremely rude when asked a question about reward points. I was called a "Fat Bitch" by a male staff on the morning of 8/6/23, at 1101 S. Glendale Ave. location. Informed owner Ali Faroz (818) 242-5890. He didn't call me back as requested, twice. I contacted "7 eleven customer service" @ (800) 255-0711, THREE times, over a one & a half month time frame, no one called me back as stated. No one can tell me if & how this issue was resolved & no one has apologized. So as my right to have an a opinion, I will also boycott 7 eleven. Not that 7 eleven cares, but a 50 year customer was lost, forever. I don't patronize businesses where I'm insulted. Phok 7 eleven, phok Ali Faroz & phok 7 eleven customer service. Also, the store was pad locked, for some unknown reason, the morning of tropical storm "Hilary".

This is the only 7 eleven in los angeles with a kind and genuine Latino cashier. This is where I get my snacks, drinks and lottery tickets ?Place has a good vibe unlike the 7 11 up the street with grouchy and angry cashiers who throw your change at you when u pay in cash ?Have a blessed day yall ?

I was there to return a Salad I had bought but the male employee said that he couldn't take it back due to the fact the the lettuce was brown and was not eatable to eat I thought I was going to get my money back but I couldn't I did speak to the manager but he didn't give me my money back either I would like my 12.00 back

Not necessarily the cleanest place in the world, but I have to be sooo thankful to them for today! Even with the craziness of free slurpee day (), they noticed that my daughter left her phone and put it aside until my partner took her to get it back.Extremely helpful staff, decent location & great slurpees. What more can you ask for?

The clerk stole from me! I made a purchase for which I should have received $2.13 in change. The clerk only gave me $2.00 - and when I asked about it, he said it was an "extra tax". I felt intimidated by the long line and I can certainly stand to lose the pennies but the principle really worries me. Is this the way 7-11 clerks make extra money? By the end of a shift I guess you can make enough for dinner. If I owned or managed this store I would be very concerned about this "special tax". It could get you in real trouble some day.

The worst 7-Eleven in SoCal. Absolutely no usuable slurpees or fountain drinks. Floors are sticky and aisles are littered with boxes from interrupted stocking. Shelves make no sense. I saw goldfish crackers on three different aisles? Really gross. I left without getting anything

This is probably one of the best 7-Elevens in all of Glendale! I went in the morning for a quick breakfast stop. With the whole "Fresh coffee or it's free" campaign they are REALLY stepping up their coffee game, plus the fresh baked pastries are legit. For some reason not all 7-Eleven locations have sausage biscuit, but this one does! Usually microwaves at convenience stores are tiny portals to hell, but this one even has a clean microwave! what can I say, it's the little things. Also, it's close to a school, and a neighborhood park/community center. With families and senior citizens in the area. Great find, was grateful for this pleasant visit, would visit again

Its one of the worst seven eleven locations i have ever been, check the expiration dates on everything you buy from this location. This is not my first experience buying expired food from this location.

Worst 7-11 I've ever been too, poor management attitude and treatment. Ended up walking out and went to another locally owned store across the street. It's a 7-11 I'm buying snacks not your bigoted opinions.

My card was falsely charged for cigarettes. I never ordered! Never used an id to purchase. I was the only one in line How is that. I approached the cashier he wouldn't answer why he did but I know. I had to go back to get a cash refund. It took two days to review the camera, but no explanation from them the guy still there, there's no excuse sorry. It's not about the money, makes me sad to buy from there.

The teller knowingly prevented me from enter my rewards for discounts. I told him he failed me and overcharged, and he refused to make it right. He then tells me im holding the line as he failed to do the transaction properly. The owner resolved it with me.
