customer service is very bad I hope the management see all the bad reviews I think this store should not be in Glendale i have never experienced bad customer service like this location

Still after a couple of months of the clerk over charging me, the store manager has not reached out to me to offer a refund. I've had a few calls into the corporate office, spoke to a couple of different people, filed a complaints (last one was over a week ago) and still no one has offered me a refund. They offered me coupons for free pizza and couple of other items, but I told the last person, I want my refund and an apology. Be warned, the phone number for this location is no longer in service, so I haven't been able to speak with the franchise owner or manager.

Avoid this establishment at all costs....... Very unscrupulous pricing practices . Items are priced one way and overcharged at checkout.....these franchises take advantage of the fact that they are CONVENIENCE store, thus ensuring that the customer is strong armed into paying the inflated dollar amount at the point of check out ..... Please check your receipts at all times because when it is brought to their attention - THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOUNTABILITY‼️.......

I am doing Uber Eats with my Dad, and my brother and I are helping my Dad. Today, we received an order, and we went to a store in Colorado. We didn't notice that it contained alcohol, so we sent my brother to pick it up. When my brother arrived, they asked for his ID, and he called my dad. My dad went there, but they didn't give us the order. They told us, 'I don't care whose account it is; I'm not going to give you this order.' We explained that we had just noticed it was alcohol, but the response we got was, 'I don't care.' Do they have permission to do this? Who's responsible for hiring such people at this store? Why are they hiring individuals who are rude to customers? If they don't want to work there, why are they still there. I am gonna report this !

Grabbed a package of Wiley Wallaby, with a price of $3.49 listed above. To the right was same package, with same description for $4.09.Clerk rings product up for $4.09. I show him photo of the display. He replies, he doesn’t care, the price that is on the register shows $4.09. Tried to explain to him several times he has to charge displayed pricing, but he didn’t care.Corporate has been noticed and Department and Agriculture who enforced laws related to this, is being notified.Use caution when purchasing anything from this location. Advertised isn’t what you will pay.

This is going to be an odd five star review. This is just an ordinary 7-11, buuuut, cops love to hang out around this area, I think this will increases your personal safety. And ensure drivers are following ALL the traffic rules. And that's all I'm going to say.

The cashier with the buzz cut is on a power trip, super rude. I'd usually be mad about this sort of service but it's honestly sad and I feel embarrased for him LOL Like damn your life must suck. Anyway, they just lost another neighborhood regular. I'll get my snacks and lotto tickets at another 7-Eleven.
