I've received terrific service from Alexandra on both occasions I needed to process a wire transfer. I'm keeping my checking account at WFB based on the courteous service I've experienced at this branch over the past ten years. I love the convenience of the location inside Nob Hill & the safety of using the ATMs inside.

I'm so over WF Bank. I'm going to finally move my account after 40 years. I went to WF Gilroy and asked for a notary. She said next week because she's too busy. It's Wednesday. Next week! I've used notaries several times. It literally takes 10 minutes. Terrible customer service.

Wow. Amazing small bank experience by a big bank.Evelyn, Alexandra, and the entire team always offer extraordinary exceptional service.Friendly inviting service with a big smile and a warm felt "Hi Mr. XX" or "Hello Miss YY." Everyone is greeted with a warm friendly genuine salutation.Many people bank here. Most everyone stays with this bank due to Evelyn's leadership and Alexandra's banking expertise. The tellers and bankers will do their darn best to solve any issues.Many business owners, locals, community, migrant farm workers and homeless people bank here. Everyone is treated like a VIP.Many of us were not happy when NOB Hill Wells Fargo was shut down because we were forced to go to 10th street where service was lacking and not as friendly and personal as the 1st Street Nob Hill branch. I am so happy that our bankers and tellers came back and opened up. You were all dearly missed.I have had an ongoing issue with the wire department for over 1 month. Evelyn and Alex stepped up to aid so my money is returned since Wells Fargo wire compliance F....up the transaction. Wells Fargo is trying to keep my money and the team is assisting in having my hard earned money returned. ( I will update the review if solution is provided and if Wells Fargo steals my money. Ongoing issue since 11/23/22).Big applause and praise for Evelyn and Alex. I would have closed all bank accounts and asked all my business friends to close their accounts due to the fact that Wells Fargo phone service is super cruddy lacking solutions. However, Evelyn assured me she would solve my ongoing 30 days issue.Thank you.

I was there today to try to cash a check for $25. The check had, my name/ my name trust. Alexandra Delgado told me I could not cash the check because it said trust. I told her my name was on it first. I asked her to show me documentation where it said that and why I couldn't cash the check. She grabbed a packed and said you can look through this. I asked her can you show me where it is. She said I don't know where it is but it should be somewhere. Obviously she has no idea. Then she said, "I can't help you, you have to leave. I called Wells Fargo and asked them about this. They told me Alex Delgado was wrong and I can cash the check anywhere. They also told me that she just got promoted to manager position. Why would they promote someone that has no idea what they are doing. What a waste of my time. Alex Delgado should not be making up her own rules for the bank but following the bank policies.

I was there early at 1030 today 11/19(Friday )in the morning so that's not a busy time. In fact I was the only one at the bank. I was there because I need to add a recipient to send money to another country. You can't do it on-line nor on the phone for some reason I guess they want to make sure all the information are verified. The manager, ALEXANDRA DELGADO refuses to help because she said I need to make appt or go to another bank. That is ridiculous and unacceptable! Nobody else but me was there and she herself can do it for me for customer service. Who would want to go back and forth in a bank for a simple transaction? It's not like I was applying for a loan that they have to review my scores etc. I'm just adding a recipient which will take literally 1 minute since I have done this before so I know this is not a complicated or time consuming transaction. She is just not helpful to people. She just doesn't realize how important how our time is. She is incompetent.

Always friendly tellers and managers, even the armed guard at the door is serious but not a deck. Get us in and out every time smoothly and with a smile. The Nob Hill branch across town has been temp closed due to covid, so this branch has been busier than usual but still a breeze. Noticed they retained jobs for the Nob Hill group too, nice touch. They're all A+++ peeps too.

Alex (female) from this branch is awesome! Everytime I'm in the store/bank she's acknowledges me by name. She helped me repair my credit, 763 now and still climbing! She always has a smile on her face and an answer for all my questions. She's definitely a shining star!

I've been banking with Wells Fargo bank for years, could never see myself banking with another bank ever. But today has literally been so uncomfortable. Just the experience itself makes me wanna go to the 10th street bank. Angle was very awkward, it seemed like he had a hard time keeping eye contact with me. He kept looking at my chest MULTIPLE times. If I didn't know any better, I'd say he was undressing me with his eyes. Didn't know they hired perverts at the bank!!!! Seems like anyone can be a bank teller these days!!!!

Someone once posted "how do you rate a bank" well let me tell you how. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 10 years, and I have never found a personal banker like Alex. She always goes above and beyond her pay grade just to help the clients. She greets EVERY customer (professionally: Mr. Ms. Sir with their last name), she always has a smile on her face and is always ready to help with your needs! Alex deserves the title of manager or assistant next to Luis, the branch manager who is a ray of sunshine, so nice, very professional, and knows when to have a good laugh. Chad....well he's chad! He's so awesome, friendly, and EXTREMELY professional it will never be a dull moment with him, and never anything short of excellent. He'll make you laugh! The other bankers are wonderful as well, I don't spend as much time with them as I probably should, but the bottom line is: you're not going to find a close nit family orientated branch like this one. I would travel, wait, or not go at all, just to be able to do my banking needs here.

I usually come to this bank so I don’t have to make the drive to one on 10th street. But as in late I’d rather make that drive. The teller Angle makes me very uncomfortable, literally on two separate occasions he asked stuff that wasn’t even related to what I was asking. Like asking me personal questions and flirting with me. Just do your job, this isn’t blind dating with customers. Highly unprofessional

I came to this branch after having a horrible and unpleasant experience at the 10th street branch. Luis the branch manager here at the 1st street branch in Nob Hill was happily helping the customers in line along with the regular employees. Where the other (10 St, Leslie) branch flatly refused to help me, Luis right away got on the phone with the mortgage department and although they weren't able to get me exactly what I wanted they did their best and gave me the information I needed and was looking for.
