Received an item in our Walmart deliver and we pulled it out of the grocery bag like this. Open, covered in applesauce and the packets were covered in mold.

I'm not sure how you're supposed to buy anything at this location when you have items locked up and when you go and ask for help they never show. I waited about 15 minutes before I left and just ordered it on Amazon. This is why I shop at Target. We only stopped here to return a gift that was given to us. This location has a homeless problem, and we saw someone trying to break into a car, cops were called.

I have groceries delivered because I am elderly. All of a sudden they are putting one item in a bag. When I get my groceries I get about a dozen bags. WHY? They just started doing this and it is so annoying and wasteful

This store is the worst!!!! Only having certain things locked up and to try and get someone to help is impossible!!!! Waited for almost 15 minutes after hitting the help button. Ended up leaving the store. Will not be coming to this Walmart anymore. I'll try another one.

Store is great. To bad they want you to do all the work and then do " quality" control at the door. Claim they check everyone well not here. Only certain people get checked. Racial profiling. I think. Only white person checked out of eight in line. Hhhhmmmm Maybe it would take less time if the door checkers would ring people up. Wow common sense. Not much of that around anymore

This store offers a lot of products. Ot keeps reorganizing products, which continues to make it difficult to find some regular items I purchase. Good produce, Bakery, cheese selections & a specialty frozen section. Yard, automotive, and home needs, like sheets, pillows, etc, always offer a great selection of items. The children's toy section is large, too! That is why it is called a Supercenter! Oh, you can find phones, basic TV's & general electronic items too. Clothes are basic. So affordible. This location can fill all your basic needs. Even Sewing machines, drape rods & a plant for your garden. You are on your own. Not much help, as most stores offer very little these days. McDonalds is also inside the store, nail salon, Mobile repair store, etc, etc.

30 minutes to ring up one person...does working slow a requirement to work here? If I didn't need what's in my cart I'd go elsewhere...then again you hire what you get

Shopped here for groceries a couple days ago. Not only did we wait in line forever( I honestly think was due to the people and not the checker) but EVERY bread product we got was moldy 1-2 days after we bought it. Pita breads and a baguette. Really unfortunate.

Just like the Lowes across the street - this Walmart Supercenter has no customer service. I had to buy an item inside a locked shelf and did not get any help for almost 30 minutes (15 minutes in i asked two people, one said to keep pressing and someone will come, one said the manager will come help shortly- nope i waited another 15 minutes). I'm going back to Amazon online shopping...

I went to the Gilroy's Walmart early this morning to beat the possible crowd for holiday weekend. I shopped and wanted to get 4 liters of Mug Rootbeer BUT could not reach them because they were located in the back of the two lines of their racks. I asked a few people with blue vests/employees but they declined. So I went to pay for my items and asked the cashier to please call to get me the liters of soda but she did not have access to call anyone. She suggested I go to the service desk. Someone was helping do a return, Maria, and then she could assist me. Another Walmart employee came. Up to her so I asked her to please call someone to help me but she said she couldn't????? Maria became available to assist me and my items were rung up but I informed the cashier I would wait for the soda I requested the soda's before I pay the bill. Maria asked if I could show her where the soda was and then she searched for someone to assist her because we could not reach the soda. Jesus came to our rescue and got the soda. ACCOLADES TO MARIA AND JESUS for their courteous support to help me out. These two workers were WONDERFUL!

Horrible customer service. Waiting to have liquor cabinet open with no manager available to open per staff up at registers. Was asked to walked back to aisle to wait for service and still no help. Staff on floor unable to help because of key access. Horrible!

EXTREMELY TERRIBLE costumer service, two girls that were working on 5/7 around 8am were SUPER unhelpful. They don't have respect for customers, I politely asked repeatedly for help for a VERY large order and was ignored or refused each time. When I began to show my irritation for not being helped, I was told by the MANAGER to calm down! I spent $1000 on groceries and they didn't offer any help out with both baskets and were very disrespectful! I hope corporate sees this and knows that something needs to change!!!!

Wow! What a great store! First, I was so impressed with the size. Have not encountered a store this big since discovering the Mega Store in Redding - where I shop anytime I drive to Oregon. (Many San Jose Walmart's are a disappointment.) You walk in and instantly notice the store sparkles. Great displays. I had a party-of-one in Cosmetics...vast assortment of perfectly-priced drug store cosmetics. Well stocked shelves. Great bargains. Loved the huge Greeting Card Dept. Fab prices and selection. Picked up a few classics in Office Supplies. Found our very favorite Primal Salad Dressings... Young male employee, very nice, assisted with locating price on organic eggs. As true in any Walmart - tough to locate the size and preferred fabric in Hanes/Fruit of the Loom underpants. Huge selection, tho. And, The self check out was easier than I expected. I am already planning my return visit.

I about to return an AirPod. The lady who helped me in the customer service on 3/31/2023, 9.24AM. Was super RUDE and NOT HELPFUL. I'd NEVER COME BACK TO WALMART for any reasons. I'm done here.

This is a decent-sized supermarket that offers a well-stocked selection of groceries. However, you may have to budget extra time for waiting in line, as this seems to be the norm here. While the store can get packed and busy, if you're in the area and in need of supplies, it's worth the trip.
