i love true religion i have personally spent over a thousand but the people who work there are lowkey rude and I just didnt feel like shopping there i felt uncomfortable there are just better locations with better service that i have been to. I have seen the reviews its true the workers are lowkey rude. Cant believe they still work there but the other worker was chill i fw him

The manager Pete of this locationis absolutely horrible, very rude and smug and useless as a manager. He refused to do my return just to be petty when we had ID Confirmation email and receipt. He said himself he could do it but chooses not too. This was my first transaction with true religion and I have had absolutely horrible service. I will never purchase from true religion again. Disgusting service.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the True Religion store in Gilroy on January 4. To my disbelief, they informed me that their dressing rooms would be closed until the end of January. As a customer ready to spend thousands of dollars on jeans for both myself and my son, I was appalled by this inconvenience. Seven jeans, with their accommodating fitting room policy, gladly received my business instead. True Religion in Gilroy needs to prioritize customer satisfaction and convenience if they wish to retain loyal customers. The store was completely empty with about six employees doing nothing. Owning a business myself it helps me understand. I want to implement policies that benefit my customers not frustrate them. I understand during the holiday season that would be completely acceptable but here we are almost 2 weeks after and the store completely empty yet they still have the doors closed to paying customers during a very slow point.

Horrible customer service,They made me wait outside for way too long . Around 9 people left the store so we thought we could go in and then they kicked us out. So disappointing

This place made me wait for 40 minutes outside and no one was inside. Poor service. I try going inside and i got kicked out. The clerk told me to go back outside. That he will let us know when to go in.

Had a really bad experience at this store with these two employees. They were super rude, had an attitude, and really unprofessional. The lady is supposedly a "manger". If she really is a manger she needs to learn how to control her emotions and learn to treat customers better. This man also dropped the f word multiple times and just wanted to fight. Y'all need to hire people who actually wanna work and know how to treat people better.

Me& my daughter went here , it was our first & last time. No one greeted us as we walked in . They just kept to themselves , we looked at a couple of things but seriously over priced & merchandise was ok nothing great

Zero stars, they don't answer the phone. Instead, they hang up on you. Plus, the store in Milpitas is supposed to be open 10 am to 9 pm today. They have the doors locked, lights on, and no note at the door, so for that reason, i called this store to and Livermore as well to find out if they knew if someone would be there at a later time. I have a return that needs to be received before tomorrow. Waited over 30 minutes at Milpitas when another customer told me they had come by over 1 hour ago and doors were locked.

Such an amazing experience, Nicole the store manager was very helpful during the process of a exchange, she was friendly and helpful finding the best birthday gift for my nephew. Thank you Nicole for a great customer service!
