Thanks to David (Manager), Nancy, and Uriel for their kind and professional help. David is patient and helped me. I have some severe memory issues that caused confusion and I needed a lot of time to find some things to get service activated, but he waited for me even though it was going past closing time.

Excellent customer service by team members Remi, Uriel, Nancy and very informative information given. It’s nice to walk in to an establishment and employees know the information off the top of their head without having to search for it. Very professional and polite staff. Three people working at the store were not trained enough to even take the time to confirm the Model phone by looking it up in the settings menu, which wasted 45 minutes of my and their time. They kept telling me the wrong name of the model, without knowing! Customer service later told me that the wrong replacement phone was shipped to the store. I am thankful the store employees encouraged me not to take the wrong replacement phone that came in. I sold mobile phones for 8 years. The employees need more training or better supervision.

Be aware of this location. I got 2 new iPhones from here and specifically told them NO on protection plan. I just learned that they added it without my consent. They are shady and untrustworthy. Don't go here! I will be filing a complaint on this location.

I needed help Unlocking an iPhone 7 Plus I had purchased from SPRINT originally! So I went in the Gilroy store yesterday and a young guy (AMOS ) was awesome and had the 'patience' (30 min) to call his own TM CS then on to what's left of Sprint somewhere in the World they eventually unlocked the phone! A miracle:-) . AMOS helped me a retiree achieve the Unlock! Thanks for a good fix it experience.

Terrible service we walked in there and it was like they didn't want to help us. Remedios was the lady there and she wasn't helpful at all very poor service we had to give suggestions to get her to help us.

Ordered a 5G T-Mobile Internet Lite gateway to try and set-up a connection in my rural home location, but unfortunately no adequate signal could be captured. Gateway was returned within the required 20 days time-lapse, but by some unfathomable means and unreasonable outcome, T-Mobile began charging me for the Internet Service that was never set up! Repeated phone calls to T-Mobile did not resolve the issue and no one could access my account because, I course, I did not have an account setup in the first place! I had an account number and a phone # for the Gateway, but both were deemed "inactive" yet, I was billed $102.17 for 2-months of Internet access. As instructed, I visited a local T-Mobile store so corporate could identify me and gain access to my account. Instead of completing their "internal investigation within 3 to 7 business days", I received a letter from a collection agency, pronouncing that I owed T-Mobile the aforementioned amount. I am disputing the charge with information/ documents obtained during my various interactions with this business entity.

Nothing like being greeted by employees who make you feel like you’re wasting their time and are absolutely stupid. Hands down worst customer service I’ve ever experienced , the employees are extremely rude , defensive, and seemingly will do everything in there power in order to not do their job and help you . Would absolutely not recommend going to this location. The location in Morgan hill has much nicer employees who seem to want to do their job.

Came in here for the second time, none of the employees have a clue as to what they are doing . The other business near Gilroy nails was so much better, they were professional and had wonderful demeanor always helpful. This place should get people who know what they are doing & maybe not be so rude to there customers by talking g back with an attitude !

This was hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I was turned away for an upgrade because “I could do it online and they don’t have the phone in stock” as I was leavingI overheard another customer asked for the same phone for a new line and the other representative said “no worries I got you” . I will be canceling and going to Verizon.
