“I found some really amazing jackets here at unbelievable prices. They even had my size. And the selection of colors was wonderful. The shirts were amazingly priced so low. I found some incredible tees that I really liked. I found the staff to be quite helpful and knowledgeable about their merchandise. I really liked shopping here.”

“My son needed cleats for track and field. There were no track shoes on display so I asked a female employee if they had any and she said they did. She told me she would send over a shoes associate to assist us. The male employee came over and was very helpful in getting us the shoes we needed. I'm very happy with the customer service we received as well as the shoes we bought. I'm sorry I didn't get the male employees name but thank you! (Purchase date was 4-23-23.)”

“Service was a 10/10, I was asked if I needed help by every employee who walked passed me. Selection is kind of hit and miss. I was happy to see some drops from the sneakers app there. Some had not been released yet. I guess members who get early access from certain releases if they return them to the store they are up for grabs. I saw some satin Jordan 1s but they were too small. I ended up getting 6 pairs of shoes from the back clearance wall which was also an additional 30% off. Including rare gold air max's, really cool Jordan why nots, and even platform AF1s all for about $400”

“I went to this store to buy my son and husband a sweater and some father days gifts. While we were looking through the store, my son saw a helmet that he really wanted. My son just got promoted from school and he really wanted it. I asked him to go outside and grab my sweater. While he was away, I asked the two ladies if they would mind holding it for me, I'll buy it but if they can hold it for me, I'd appreciate it. I told them he just got promoted and I wanted to surprise him. They were so helpful and they helped me. When I can to pick it up the next day and bring it home, my son was super happy for the helmet and the two ladies wrote him a lovely note congratulating him on his promotion! That was so nice and we very much appreciate it!!!”

“I like to stop at Eddie Bauer Outlet when passing through Gilroy. Unfortunately this time I left my purchase at the Skecher's Outlet and was almost three hours down the road before I realized. Luckily, two Outlet employees came to my rescue. Oliver, who works at Skechers, brought my bag to Abel, who works at Eddie Bauer. Abel returned my shirt and called me back to notify me when he did. I think he is a manager, but he should give himself employee of the month. I definitely recommend Eddie Bauer Outlet in Gilroy. Ask for Abel.”

“Ok selection but go and check them out anyway because you just never know. They seem to have a slimmer collection of clothing for size 4 but plenty of larger sizes. CS is pretty decent. Trinity helped me today and she was incredibly sweet and helpful. The person that helped me check out was also very helpful, she answered all my questions and even offered to walk and check to see if the item I was interested in was on the floor. The two pairs of pants I got had further discount so... happy customer here.”
