Very friendly, helpful, worked with me on a trade in, finance, ordering custom parts. Spent extra time tech illiterate like me so I understood all the features of my vehicle. Scheduled a convenient time for service to install my custom parts. Far better than San Jose Chrysler/Dodge.

I traded in a car, the car I traded in is racking up Fast Track bills. I was told by the dealership the invoices are due to one of the salesmen driving it all over the East Bay & it would be taken care of as they still have not done the DMV paperwork. No surprise, just got another invoive & have been on hold with the dealership for over 10 minutes, auto voice states I'm 1st in line. Just got hung up on. Horrible service

Terrible service. Waited 4 HOURS to pick up a purchased vehicle.
Sales guy was friendly, excellent finance manager, I think it's just a disorganized group overall, which reflects badly on the experience.

Crystal greeted us when we arrived. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She went above and beyond for us and we are thankful for her help! The express service was quick! Their shop was very clean.
We were able to use the courtesy shuttle service downtown while we waited. Pedro was very kind and is a safe driver.
We appreciate great customer service and will definitely be back!

I read through other peoples reviews to see if this was a one off review of the service department. It is not. I unfortunately had a horrible experience with the service dept on June10. I was traveling by myself. I had rented a Travel Trailer behind me, my dog in the car and it was hot, I was trying to get from Gilroy down to Los Angeles to put flowers on my mother and grandmother’s graves for their birthdays. I mentioned to the manager of the service department part of the problem was these flowers were from my daughter’s wedding and I was trying to get down there. And I just needed help with the fuses in my truck. This middle aged manager came out and immediately had such a bad attitude and told me that he wasn’t pulling any of his mechanics off to come look at my fuses. And he said the most he would do was he could look at the box and see one fuse was broken. He went and put that fuse in and that was it wouldn’t help me at all and basically was so rude and I was in such Obvious distress. I then went into the service department asked if someone could give me a number 10 fuse-Which apparently turned out to be the very fuse I needed, and then no one even addressed me to bring me a fuse. They were avoiding and ignoring me. have never met such unmanly and rude behavior from a service department In my life. I have several businesses and if someone treated my customers like that, they would lose their jobs. I had to return to my daughters house Start the trip until the next day.
Contrast that unprofessional and non customer service attitude with Razzari Dodge in Merced. Their service manager went out of their way the next day to take me in on an emergency, helped me with my trailer, took care of my problem, and were kind and polite and absolutely fantastic. I live in Walnut Creek, I am tempted to go Down to Merced for my service work.
The fuse problem could’ve taken them a couple of minutes if they had just brought their little probe over and run it Deal. And the stress that caused me I missed both my grandmother and mother‘s birthdays the flowers are dead. And my trip was delayed by two days because I had to go all the way back to Walnut Creek rather than to Los Angeles.

Wrost experience of the life ,visiting gilroy Chrysler dodge jeep ram ,if this one is the last dealership whole world and I need a car , I didn’t visit never forever and also suggest you don’t go please
